Really good, saw results in skin in a few weeks. I Don't know how much it helps acne but i just had mild discoloration on my skin which slowly disappeared. Morning one 1ml and evening 1ml with the dropper

This is clearly a tincture of the highest quality and potency. I have had intestinal inflammation for several years, for which probiotics did nothing to alleviate. Cutting out sugar and wheat helped immensely but still the discomfort of my colon inflating and deflating throughout each day and night, unless I fast from food, bothers me. I can only say what it's done for me, and that is repair nerve damage, and my brain stem tingled and felt rejuvenated...clarity in my corpuscle...very good.

I first took this problem when I had a liver problem and I actually felt it working as I was sluggish. It works really well for me making me feel more energised and mentally brighter. I'm usually a sceptic about these things but providing it's in tincture form it does improve my overall well being.
