This product was really hit or miss. The one I recieved didnt have very good instructions about how to setup the fingerprint sensor so it kept giving me an error. Eventually i watched a youtube video and saw how they did it. The app tells you to put your finger and wait but you're suppose to put and remove your finger several times in a row until the app states it recognized your fingerprint.

Doesn't function the way it should. I have had to reprogram it a couple of times and as far as unlocking with the app...forget about it. Nearly every time I open the app, it says disconnected. I almost have to make the phone physically touch the lock for the bluetooth to connect and even then, it takes a while...which defeats the whole purpose of me getting it in the first place. I will be looking a for another, more reliable way to secure my front door gate.

This product is pretty terrible in so many ways. Save your money on this one.You open the app and the lock is never connected. I need to physically plug it in for it to connect. Battery percent shows 9% in the app, then jumps to 100%. To top it off, it forgot my registered fingerprints and when I try to re-add them I get a registration failure. Definitely returning.

Bad battery, fingerprint doesn't work most of the time. I've only owned this lock for a little over one month. I've had to charge it several times and I never use the gate that the lock is on. The description says 10 unlocks every day for 90 days. It's not true and I am unable fo return the lock.**update** seller reached out and made things right! All is good now.

I only use this item in a locker room... it seems fairly sturdy... works good no issues battery charge seems to last 3-4 months... I've never had it die but it does really well for me and what I need it for....

Once the lock was set up through the app, it was a piece of cake to use. I had to be home in order for the bluetooth feature of the lock to sync with the app on my phone for set up.

Update. got two locks one had to be cut off locker second will not charge at all didn’t last a year hell 6 months tops before both were BrokeWas surprised how easy it is to use and set up. It’s perfect for the gym. Opens and closes easy with finger or with my smartphone.

It never connects to bluetooth or turns on as the box says it should when you follow the directions. I will be returning this and purchasing a different one from another company.

Also für Personen die sich gerne Hab und Gut anderer bemächtigen ist dieses Schloss das Beste was es gibt.Nach Download der App (es gibt zwar unterschiedliche Schlösser mit unterschiedlichen Apps, aber die meisten Schlösser kann man mit irgendeiner App von einem Schloss verwalten), habe ich das Schloss registriert und zwei Fingerabdrücke "angelernt".Warum die App Standort, Zugriff auf Fotos Kamera und video will weiß ich nicht, und will ich wahrscheinlich auch nicht wissen. Fingerabdruck mit Email-Adresse wandern nach China, und wir wissen alle, dass China Datenschutz sehr groß schreibt...Das Schloss reagierte auf jeden Fall sehr schnell, innerhalb einer Sekunde nach Berührung war es offen.DAS PROBLEM: Es öffnet bei jeder(!) Berührung. Egal ob mit Finger, Handrücken, Knöchel oder sonst etwas.Das habe ich natürlich nicht VOR dem Registrieren der Fingerabdrücke probiert - wer denkt auch an so etwas, also kann ich nicht sagen, ob das schon beim Ausliefern so war, oder erst nach dem programmieren.Auf jeden Fall wird jeder verstehen, dass ich dieses Schloss nicht weiter empfehlen kann, wenn es öffnet sobald man es berührt...

Micalock Biometrischer Intelligenter Vorhängeschloss ist seit 17.05.2019 im Einsatz und fusioniert ganz gut bis jetzt gibt es keine Probleme das Schloss mit Finger zu öffnen, nur mit Handy ist die Verbindung ab und zu problematisch geht manchmal auf anhieb. dann versuche ich es mit Handy Minuten lang zu verknüpfen um den Akku Status ab zu Fragen ich habe es mit ein anderes Handy BZW. Smartphone versucht da geht es zwar auch nicht auf anhieb aber zumindest schneller
