I used this product for use in my sink that is located in my garage. My old faucet broke, and it was a similarfaucet for a 3 hole, or 2 hole if you don't want the soap dispenser. It does not swivel, which would be my only negative.Overall, the quality looks good. Directions are very poor, but it is still easy to install. They give you a screw driver which is senseless, so the overall cost could be lower and therefore more attractive in the long run. Fancy bags cover the chrome, not necessary. They also send washers & nuts that aren't even needed. Lose the fancy packaging andkeep your cost down as a manufacturer. You'll do better in the long run that way. HOTIS.... never heard of it, but it appears OKAY so far. Should be $45 tops.

For the price this could/should be better. The sprayer hose is metal clad so it catches on something internally and makes a lot of noise. Braided steel or even fiber would be preferable over this. The sprayer select button is the cheapest feeling plastic. That’s especially disappointing because the rest of the faucet feels so well made and then the part you’re going to touch most feels like it’s going to break in a week.If you’re replacing a standard 3 hole faucet be ready to have to drill a larger hole for the selector handle. I wasn’t thinking about this when I bought (should really have some diagrams in the pictures on the ad). Luckily I have the tools to do this correctly but if you’re not that handy this will be a total pain for you.

Worked awe for the first 2 years now has a drip and it will randomly use the sprayer when used

The faucet looks and performs as well as faucets twice and triple the price. The only negative thing that happened with this purchase was receiving a faucet with a leak in the flexible metal supply hose. It made water drip out of the inside of the faucet when it was turned off. I wanted to get a replacement hose but was told I could only get a whole new faucet. I ordered it and had it two days later. All I did was replace the hose with the new hose and sent the new faucet back with the old, leaky hose. It was an inconvenience at most and it should discourage anyone from buying this very nice yet in expensive faucet.

First off, I bought this product "used, in like new condition". Not true. It was used as in used (moderate hard water buildup on the nozzle head and all). And it was missing the white diffuser that inserts into the head unit (where the water comes out). Fortunately, I was replacing parts on my existing faucet, not installing one from scratch and I had a working diffuser that I swapped over to the new head unit (which was the part that had failed and prompted this purchase). The other parts that I need to replace are trim pieces and those are in good condition. But the description of "used, in like new condition" is incorrect. The missing part could have been catastrophic had I not already had that part.Secondly, this is a cheap (price) faucet. You can't expect it to last like a Kohler or Delta or any other $300+ faucet on the market. We're going to be replacing our sink and I'll put a higher quality faucet on then, but this works for now. Can't beat it for the price.The seller gets 0 stars. The faucet gets 3. It's not a Lexus, it's a Ford Fiesta. But it's priced accordingly. Just don't expect too much from it.

I really wanted a pull-down faucet, as I've kept having issues with the sprayers that mount to the side of the faucet. Constantly breaking or leaking. I was worried the same would happen with this, but fortunately, that hasn't been an issue and it's going on six months. The faucet is also lower than most faucets of this type, which was necessary in my case because my kitchen was poorly designed with long cabinets above the sink. This faucet can just fit underneath, and I had a surprising amount of difficulty finding one which would. I love how it switches from normal flow to a sprayer, and I don't know how I survived before having this item. There's been no issues with it popping back into place into the faucet neck, and the cord length is perfect for me (although, if you have a very large sink, it probably won't reach outside of the perimeter of the sink at all. It's perfect for someone who wants a drop-down faucet but is working in a smaller space.

This faucet works great. No leaks, easy to install. Sturdy. The sprayer works nice and retracts nice. No binding up. The soap dispenser leaks overnight into the sink, that’s why I gave 4 stars.
