Where is the bathroom
I took a gamble on this because the reviews didn't really say much. First off, I dont drink a lot of water. 8 ounces a day tops. I can milk a can of diet coke all day if it keeps me from drinking water (that's how bad it is). So... bad. So, I did my research. The other ones on the market had pretty horrible reviews because they didnt sync with apps- this one doesnt have that problem since all the info and tracking is right on the bottle. I got it in, read the directions (you really should do this part) and got to sipping. I couldn't believe how much water I've been drinking! I am one with the toilet (I use it a lot now) and couldn't be happier! The timer goes for 24 hours and you set your own goals. If you follow the directions- it tracks it perfectly. Slow and steady sips- that's what it needs to read your water intake. Fast sips won't make the counter move. Slow and steady wins the water race. I got the aqua color bottle- super sturdy and pretty (can bottles be pretty?) It feels like it won't break easily. The lid is sometimes a pain to put on because it has to line up where it catches, but definitely not enough to not be happy with it all. It takes a watch battery to run (the common one) but comes with one so you can get to tracking right away. Cleaning is a breeze, just dont put the electronic part in the water (the bottle comes apart for cleaning). Super happy with it and would buy it again given the chance!

Does not hold up to expectation
Worked for a day, then stopped. Had to constantly reset the tracker. It is too much work to continue to try and reset. Take the battery in and out, etc...Waste of $40. So disappointed.

Efficient water intake tracking but quite annoying to use
The user interface was a little confusing at first but after messing with it for a bit and reading the instructions, I was able to understand how to use it just fine. I can track how long I am awake and how long I sleep while tracking how much water I drink simultaneously. Some other reviews mention that there's issues with the interface and that it stops working; I've had the bottle about twelve days as of writing this review and so far, it seems to be functioning fine. We'll see if it lasts - that is if I continue using it. The issues I'm going to mention next are why I'm highly considering buying another bottle (I would miss the interface though). I'm pretty sure there's something wrong with the suction and/or straw because water stays at the top of the straw and when I pull off the protective cap, water spits out and that's very annoying; imagine being thirsty in the middle of the night after a bathroom break and this happens... Yeah, not pleasant in the least (especially half asleep). The one thing I like about my previous water bottle is that the straw is a flip-up straw and had very minimal water spitting (I just needed to not point the straw at me to prevent being spat in the face). The previous water bottle also had a locking mechanism which prevented the straw from accidentally flipping up and spilling everywhere, very handy. What aggravates me the most about this water bottle, though, is the lid. It is nigh IMPOSSIBLE to reattach it every time I refill the bottle and for as much water as I drink, it makes hydration a chore. I just want to chuck the thing out the window because of the frustration I get from using it. I didn't know where else to mention this next point but being as how I already mentioned my previous water bottle, I thought I'd say it now. This water bottle is only 22 ounces whereas my previous water bottle holds 40. Keep in mind that on a good day, I can drink more than 5 ounces an hour (as of right now, I drink water every 40 minutes) and I usually end up somewhere near 100 ounces at the end of the day. I need to refill this water bottle MORE than my previous one. This point isn't AS important or annoying on its own (though I do wish this water bottle were larger), but when combining it with my previous point, THIS is why dealing with the lid is so aggravating; I have to fight with it at least five times a day or more. In conclusion, if the straw and lid situation were fixed and if it were more than 22 ounces (honestly, I wish 40 ounce water bottle were a bit larger), this water bottle with a neat intake-tracker would be perfect.

Rubber mouthpiece may need a slit cut into it
Bottle works well, but the product arrived with the rubber mouthpiece sealed off (without the slit needed for actual drinking). I made my own slit with an exacto knife and it works great, but out of the box it wasn't functional. On page 21 of the manual, they have a note that the rubber mouthpiece might need to be seperated with a fingernail, but in my case it was totally solid rubber, without a seam. If this happens to you, don't panic, just cut a small vertical slit, or ask an adult to help you.

Did not work for long!
The concept is great and it worked for a week or two. But now the display constantly resets. Kind of pointless when halfway through the day it makes me go through the setup process again. I did message seller to see if perhaps I have a defected one but have not heard back. Two stars because I do like the concept and the days it did work, it was nice to have. However, the quality seems to be lacking.

Good product
I enjoyed my product but the issue I have is that on the ambulance its difficult to place it in our cup holder and I have to store it in the door. Doing that it lost the rubber mouth piece and now leaks through the straw so I can no longer use it. Occasionally had small issues with the counter tracking if not lined out perfectly. Liked it while I could use it.

Not user friendly. Not worth the price.
I was very excited about this product but it let me down. The screen tracker is not user friendly and kept resetting and I have not been able to track my water intake. Not worth the money at all!! I’m so disappointed and would have bought something for way less.

Pricy, but effective.
This device has been very helpful in increasing my water intake. Peter Drucker's comment, "What doesn't get measured, doesn't get done" applies here. Measuring your water intake throughout the day insures you will increase your intake.
