What’s the use by date

Hi there, Ive bought these twice and both times they had good dates of 3-4 month at least. Its the first thing i looked for. Sorry i cannot be more precise as I bought them in the Summer.

are these vegetarian please

They may not be vegan( just in case butter derivative is used in the process) ,but they are just nuts and sugar ,so as far as I'm aware - yes .
