It doesn't come with it but you can buy it separately.

Will this work with either Alpine Type R's, SWR-12D4 and SWR-12D2? Would the 2 ohm pull more power from my battery dimming headlights more?

First of all you will likely need a capacitor to supply enough power to the amp during the peaks. SWR -12D4 wired in parallel will give it a 2 OHM load for the amp to produce 500W rms. That said you need an amp to make 750W rms to take a full advantage of type R 12 woofer.

Will this amp power "two" alpine swr-12d4 type-r 12" subwoofers with dual 4-ohm at the same time?

This amp is stable at 1 ohm. If you have two DVC subs then wire each 4 ohm coil in parallel, dropping the impedance to 2. Then take the subs and wire them in parallel together for 1 ohm. This process requires great subs like Orions or similar. But I will say from experience as I've done this with 2 12" Orion 2NT subs and the sound pressure would blow your hat off your head and strike the windshield. The power rating from Alpine is tested in the factory@4 ohm and it pulled 660watts RMS. So one ohm will make you think otherwise.

Is this amp suitable for a custom 10" cargo sub for an 07 Dodge Durango truck, and can it be mounted under a seat?

Yeah it can I have mine mounted under the seat of my 2014 chevy silverado double cab rear seat with 2 10 inch Fosgate subwoofer
