This is a very nice valet that is also appealing as a piece of furniture in the room. Definitely happy with the conveniences of the way it is crafted. The concealed drawer fits men's 8" bracelets nicely and 12+ rings neatly stored within the inserts. The fold down mirror compartment also is deep enough for cuff links or other jewelry items that can be concealed with the mirror down. The garment hanger rack is thick enough to place coats and delicate fabric shirts on without leaving hanger stretch markings. The open compartments on top are just the right size for the average men's bi-fold or tri-fold wallet along with space for keys and phone. (has no built in charger) Heavy weight metal bar with rubber coating to hang pants. Like the retractable hanging posts that can be used for belts and ties. (shoehorn, lent brush etc.) -- Overall very pleased and ended up buying another for a friend as a gift since they liked mine when they saw it. Only suggestion I would have is the two side legs which is the primary support maybe could be just a little thicker to improve durability. Very sturdy and worth the asking price.

I needed a valet that was tall, wide and deep; had a drawer to store watches, cuff links, etc. and had a mirror. The Norstar met my requirements: [...] The second product I received was beautiful, no damages and the packaging was so much more efficient than the first valet. Proman has a new batch of Norstars. I worked with Jeff at Promanproducts.com to resolve a small issue with the hanger assembly and he did so perfectly. The staff at Proman was extremely professional and courteous, and stand behind its products.Product details: finish is beautiful. Has a flip up mirror and drawer to store accessories, rings, watches, suit brushes, cuff links, etc. Has two pull out rods, one on either side of the valet to hold a tie or belt. Can store shoes at the base of the valet. There is one hanger for the suit jacket and two trouser bars. I needed a wide flat head screwdriver for 8 screws and a phillips screwdriver for one small screw to assemble the valet. I needed a family member's help for a few short minutes to connect the cross bar but the valet can be assembled by one person.Issues: Okay very small detail but not enough to reduce the 5 star rating. I wish the cross bar was a about 10" higher so that I could be careless when I put my shoes on the base without hitting the cross bar.THANK YOU PROMAN!!

Came with a few nicks in it and was refunded a few bucks as a result. Assembly is not easy because the instructions are not great but it is sturdy, looks good (minus the nicks) but I would buy it again. Nice looking product and well made otherwise.

Looks great on-line but not so once we tried to build it. Not one part lined up, something wrong with every step of the instructions. Impossible to line up or level.Junk. I should be reimbursed for my time from ordering, building then giving up taking it apart to return.Junk.

I bought this for my hubby for Xmas and he loves it. He put it together in about 30 minutes. He appreciated the color and durability of the wood. The large flat stand was nice as he has 14EEE sized shoes and they fit well on it and he didn't have to worry about it tiping over either once he hung his heavy jeans on the bar. The area to put jewelry, a wallet, watches, etc. is nicely lined with black velvety material. He really liked the small flip top drawer on top to put his smaller items in like cuff links, etc. He can finally get rid of that old jewelry box he had for years as everything he had fits in this nicely, and then some. Its a very handsome piece over all.

I bought this to improve my area of the bedroom. It did it with style and function. It improve my part of the bedroom instantly, it was simple to put together and it is excellent quality. Very sturdy and brings class to my area of the bedroom. If your wife or you just need to improve your bedroom don't hesitate to get this valet. And it came 3 days early.
