Does Exactly What I Wanted - Easy to Install
As the headline says, these did exactly what I wanted at a great price. Other places had individual gaskets for 4-5 dollars a piece, so needing 7, this purchase was a no-brainer.They're made of nice soft rubber/silicone, and as long as you're using screws with decent threads (most fan screws will be this way unless they're long thin screws for a radiator doing push/pull or something), they're fairly easy to install.Take your fan screws, push them through the case where desired, and stick these gaskets on to the screws. Then, just hold up your fan where you want it and start threading. Don't try to hold a gasket on the fan while screwing it in, put the gasket on the screws and bring the fan over to that. I had no issues installing any of these gaskets other than the aforementioned long/thin screws for push/pull on a radiator since those screws tend to not have much threading for grip (ie you can't secure the gasket to the screws - it slips off).I upgraded my fans at the same time as installing these, so I can't say for sure exactly what impact each part of that had, but my computer is now as close to silent as I could see possible, and I will be installing these gaskets on every computer I build in the future. A few bucks just to be sure is a no-brainer price to pay.

Packaging needs some serious improvements
As others have said, these arrived folded in half, and squished/twisted in the shipping-package. Since they are so flexible and pliable you wouldn't think that would be a big problem, but it is, because they remember the shape they had when stored/shipped. So while it is easy enough to hold them flat with your hands, the sides of the gaskets will often refuse to align with the sides of the fan during installation, leaving gaps which results in reduced air-flow, and in the worst-case can even interfere with the fan itself.Since I was only using them as spacers (not for noise reduction or vibration), and I had a surplus of air-flow, the reduction in air-flow due to the gaps was not a big issue for me. But I did find it very annoying and troublesome getting them installed. All of that can be resolved with slightly better packaging that keeps them flat.To be fair, I was able to get them to lay flat and square eventually, using my 3D Printer Hot-bed and a heavy book, though even that took a couple of try's (and several days). So if you have plenty of spare time and don't mind 'fixing' a brand-new product to make it work correctly, then these are for you. In any other case I suggest you look elsewhere.

Too soft for "easy" install
Firstly, yes mine came packaged like all the others: folded in half in a bag that is way too small. But the material is so soft that they were all laying perfectly flat within a couple of minutes on my desk. This actually brings me to what I think is the biggest negative of these gaskets: they are too soft...Installing them wasn't actually all that hard as some would have you to believe...I thought. The biggest problem is that once you have them installed (or rather *during* installation), the long skinny sides are so soft and flexible that they don't want to stay in place. I'm sure this will differ slightly based on what fans you're using, but even with fans that have a pretty plain "boxy" frame, the sides just slide out of the gap (or in underneath the fan). Uggggh I now have less noise from the fan blades being too close to the holes in the frame, and MORE noise from the fan blades hitting the edges of the gasket where they have decided to fold themselves inTruthfully, if these were just 10 or 20% stiffer (and packaged more appropriately) they would be absolutely perfect. Sadly, I think I have to take these out now

Decent material, bad packaging.
The rubber is of decent quality, but the manufacturer packed the gaskets into small plastic bag and folded them on each other. It deformed most and even stretched some out of spec to the point they can’t be used. Returning.

Stops rattles like WD-40
With 6 fans in my case I was having rattling issues so decided to try and make my gaskets out of sticky back foam but was browsing the 'zon and came across these and thought it would be well worth the price to buy these instead of trying to cut out my own gaskets.Do they work? Yep, they really cut down on vibration. However, there is a caveat - multiple places on my case have dimples where the gaskets don't fit flat against the case surface. There is also a filter that I had between the case and gasket that warped enough to rub against the fan bearing hub. Had to actually move those outside the case.Otherwise works like they're supposed to.

Curly
These gaskets come folded and stuffed in an undersized bag. They aren't form fitting and don't hug the fan when installing. They also tend to roll up making the install a pain. They DO help cut down on noise but you'll need to be determined if not strong willed to use these in tight corners. Best advise I can offer is make sure the fan you put these on it the one you intend to use. and that it's (obviously) facing the right direction.

Good Noise Reduction
These are good at their job and dampen fan vibrations very well. I’ve used rubber screws in the past but those break the seal against the fan surface while these maintain it. Extremely nice to have on radiators as rubber screws don’t work with them.

Perfect if you have fans with no integrated rubbers to absorb vibrations.
Great product!!! Vibrations gone!!! Super nice

not great fit for a standard 120mm fan
These have a wierd fit, they aren't flat, and the lip does not go outside the otuer frame of a standard 120mm fan
