Is the Volvo penta 75w903 the same as the mobil 1 75w90

Sometimes they print what oil you need on the outdrive. The motor oil cap always has the Viscosity value like your car does maybe your outdrive has it also.

Hadnt changed the gear oil in my boat and bought this oil to replace it. It says synthetic and its OEM so im happy. It has worked great, smooth sailing for me. Its a little pricey though......
