Good book

Have tried alot of the recipes most ingriedents simple but they are more about the process. Bought the cook book because we were in lent and didnt want to eat the same old fish every Friday. Was a total hit with my Husband and 2 young children the recipes come out looking very fancy pants.

Phaidon Press put out excellent cook books and this is no exception. A good format which is easy to use.

i am a great fan of the silver spoon and this book is a nice addition. It gives you a good overview and the recipes i have tried so far, all worked very well.

It covers pretty much all kinds of fishes and seafoods you can buy. However, none of this is much of a week night cooking. so be prepared to spend a lot of time on these delicious meals.

Very good recipes just a shame that we can obtain all the fish varieties mention in the book in this country.

great book beautiful and clearl design.goes into good clear detail. Some odd omissions - until you realise that certain fish are set in small print as alternatives.

I bought this book almost a year ago and I can say that all the recipes I make are good and easy to prepare.The design of the book is marvelousness with nice pictures and a good quality of the paper.
