a doubt it is a genuine Phillips bulbs. the Chinese writing on the box does not support it and the anti frugal lable is not like the one used on the German Phillips product. the seller claim that it is made in Germany and there are no single German word in the box it is all Chinese and English. even the web side to check the serial number is too simple for a brand like Phillips and it is in Chinese also.

I purchased these bulbs and noticed that the bulbs came in a box with Chinese labeling. I ran the authenticity check from the side of the box and the bulbs registered as authentic on the Philips Chineses website. It should be noted however that the boxes were not sealed so all that it proves is that the box is authentic. I would note however that a visual inspection suggests that the bulbs are authentic (at least according to the guides I've seen online).I contacted Philips and this is their response:"The bulbs that were purchased are for use in the China market, they are not compliant with the Department of Transportation in the United States. The bulb itself appears to be authentic, but keep in mind that we are a distribution center in the United States, we do not distribute this bulb due to the fact that they are not DOT compliant."This contradicts the statement in the description, about being DOT certified. Because these bulbs aren't meant to be distributed out of China I would assume that there is effectively no warranty on this product if something goes wrong. Buy at your own risk.

This is the 2nd or 3rd HID lightbulb that I have tried to get for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited with HID upgrade. My OEM lasted me just over 43k miles, so I had to try to find a replacement that did not cost me $300 each from my dealership. These bulbs fit great, the color is good, and they are a fraction of a price. I wanted to leave a review as I had a hard time finding the correct bulbs for my Jeep.

One of the original HID bulbs in my 2014 Jeep Cherokee failed after 54K miles. Based on the number of positive reviews of this seller and bulb, I decided to order this replacement. This bulb appears to be identical in all respects to the OEM bulb. I see no visual differences in construction or materials. The printing on the replacement bulb is identical to the print size, quality, and positioning on the OEM bulb. The documentation included in the box would indicate that this is a genuine Phillips D3S bulb, but one destined for the Asian market, so I doubt if the 3 Year warranty indicated on the box would be honored in the US. While many recommend removing the wheel well liner on the Cherokee to replace this bulb, there is a small access panel in the wheel well for this purpose. There is a 1/4 turn fastener with a long shallow slot securing this access panel. A regular screwdriver did not work as it was too narrow and thin. I had to fabricate a tool to turn this fastener, but that was the hardest part of the job. Once this fastener is released the access panel can be rotated out of the way and you can then access the bulb housing and bulb. I recommend doing some Google research and Youtube videos for additional installation tips. This was by far the most challenging headlight bulb change on any vehicle I have ever owned!! Additional note: I only changed one bulb and the color temperature seems to be an exact match. I can't tell the difference between the new and old bulbs.

I ordered these headlights to replace my original bulbs on my B8 S4 after receiving a "left dimmed headlight" warning.After some searching, I found ALI had the best price on a set of 2 bulbs so I ordered.I initially had a mishap with my order and reached out to ALI. They were quick to respond and answered my questions.I placed a subsequent order and everything arrived as expected. I will note that on the bulbs I received the box said they were "Designed in Germany". So far they are working well.For those B8 S4 owners out there who are thinking about a DIY, the headlight install is a an absolute breeze. Took me under 25 mins to complete both sides. T30 bit with an extension is all you need.

Was pleased to find this Philips OEM DS3 for this price for two bulbs in case it did not match the existing OEM. It matches perfectly and I have a spare if needed for a 10th the price of the dealer quote. Dealer quote including labor = $400 for one and insisted on two for $750. This was an easy install on my 2014 Q7 Premium where there are two tabs and the whole liens housing slides out allowing access to both the bulb and ballast. In my case I was able to swap the two existing OEM bulbs to confirm it was the bulb and not the ballast. It takes 5 minutes - No tools! Take care not to let the bottom of the light housing scrap across your paint! Tilt it in slightly.

My original Slyvania Osrams were going bad. One was going on and off and the other was still working but dimmer and yellow from new. Very happy I went with these “made for Asia market” Philips. Extremely bright compared to the failing Osrams and very good price. Hoping I get 5+ years out of these like the Osrams. Regarding the install on a JGC, tried without pulling bumper/grill and gave up. Likely would have either damaged the bulb and/or light. Pulling the bumper was not difficult, just a little time consuming. Seeing how I was pulling the bumper, I bought the honeycomb grill inserts from Amazon. Easy swap with the bumper off.

Perfect OEM replacements for my 2014 Dodge Durango. A heck of a lot better that the $120+ for one at the dealer.

This product is exactly same as original manufacture fix. I bought two but didn’t change other old one as it was undistinguishable.dealer quoted me for ten time price for each.

Remplacement des Bulbes d'origine sur mon a4 2010 un fit parfait. Je ne peux pas parlé de longévité encore mais elles bien supporté les -35 Celsius.

It was two genuine Philips DS3 bulbs at a price that cant be beat.

Lights are great, but Ford designed the car to make it as difficult as possible to instal headlights.
