KDG Sidelok Universal Riser Long Black Mount - True Quick Detach, Return to Zero, Picatinny Scope Mount

Surprisingly a very high quality item that others are charging upwards of $300 for. I was skeptical, but for this price I gave it a shot. Transferring a Sig Tango-6 between an AR and a Bolt action platform was seamless and flawless. The mount is rock solid, zero is retained and I'll be eating lots of porkchops this year to prove it! I want to see more from this company, much more.

Mounts & dismounts to rail quickly. Solid & returns to zero every time. Riser height is 0.54".

why four stars? i havnt shot with it yet. the fit a function as of this second got it to four. i fully expect to update this and give it five. i have that much faith in it.this is pretty slick. it takes a hot second to get used to how it goes on and off. once you get the knack for it its pretty easy. i have not takin it to the range as of yet due to weather conditions. however i plan on testing this device on three firearms. and AR15 a 870express and 338win mag. i will add an update when i do . try to add pictures as well.

So far, I love this thing. I agonized awhile over the price, but finally gave in. I have a Zeiss Z-point Reflex sight mounted to it and the height was perfect. I can swap it out in seconds to a rifle scope for bench shooting, hunting, or back to the KDG and Zeiss for carrying through the woods. As soon as I got it, I went to the range and swapped back and forth several times testing zero, but it was right on, everytime. Will be getting the 30MM Sidelok next.

Has held zero since I have put a scope on it. Easy to use.

Its a product that fills a niche I needed filled and it does it superbly. I LOVE that its ambi and doesn't stick out from the side. It doesn't even need a wrench to adjust. Same with all their products. This is 5/5 and so is all of the stuff from them I've tried thus far.

This is a fantastic option for those wanting to remove optics during transport/maintenance. Easy to attach and remove and returns precisely to zero as long as it is reattached to the same rail slot. I have not seen any other product that works as well as this unit. Just wish it came in different lengths.

Fast mounting, holds zero, great device for a guy who wants one very good scope to use on multiple systems.
