Sleep Innovations Cooling Gel Ventilated Memory Foam Pillow, Standard Size, Soft Breathable Cover and Cooling Gel Memory Foam Core, Head and Neck Alignment, Side Sleepers, Medium Support

I've tried a lot of different pillows throughout the years; I've had the PURPLE PILLOW, (a great pillow that costed $90 about 12 years ago) various contour pillows costing no more than $30, two different MY PILLOWS costing a combined total of $50, (they were running a deal at the time. They were both KING-SIZE and I chose the "LOW LOFT" and a "MEDIUM LOFT") and they were GREAT but I should have bought smaller ones because these were TOO LONG and did not provide enough support, (IN ALL FAIRNESS I DID NOT opt for the pillow cases and, as you may or may not be aware, many pillows are sold with a SUGGESTED pillow case that cause the pillow to perform as intended by the manufacturer) a side sleeper pillow designed for those of us who use a CPAP that costed around $80 which was made out of 100% cotton, (I really like this pillow and wanted it to work out but it was WAY TOO HOT so I begrudgingly sent it back) and the pillow that you currently viewing that I am reviewing. With all the above words said, this pillow was suggested to me by my sister-in-law who had hers for years, and she loves it. I reluctantly took her advice and purchased the current pillow you are considering. IT DID COME, (at no additional cost) with a FITTED pillow case. The case itself seems to provide a cooling effect. IT DOESN'T ACTUALLY get cold yet it stays a bearable temperature under your head the entire night WITHOUT becoming hot, sweaty, or otherwise uncomfortable. I would be remiss if I failed to mention that I am a C3 – C4 quadriplegic with a severed spinal cord, (paralyzed from the neck down) who DOES NOT toss or turn or flip the pillow in the middle of the night as most people do. The fact that this pillow remains comfortable under my head the entire night is QUITE A FEAT! The only thing I would say about this pillow I wish it could be a lot firmer that it is. Most pillow manufacturers offer varying levels of firmness yet the makers of this product DO NOT! As of this review, which is being written in the summer of 2025, they do not offer firmness choices but would be wise to offer more choices when it comes to firmness! Other than that, this is a great product!

For 10 years I have been using the Sleep Innovations contour memory foam pillow. I have loved it and had no pain or sleepless nights with it. While shopping on Amazon for a new pillow for my sister I found the Sleep Innovations side sleeper gel pillow. The reviews were not overwhelmingly positive but I was swayed by the reviews of the gel memory foam pillow being plush and providing the best support for a side sleeper. I ordered the pillows knowing that they could be returned if not acceptable. I have now slept on my new gel side sleeper pillow for two nights and the support and comfort I experienced is heavenly. Even though the pillow is plush it provides the perfect level of support I need as a side sleeper. I feel like I am sleeping on a cool firm cloud with the pillow hugging my head. I find that the Sleep Innovations gel side sleeper is cooler than my Sleep Innovations contour memory foam pillow. In my experience of searching for the perfect pillow I have tried many that are more expensive than the Sleep Innovations pillow but this pillow is reasonably priced, provides excellent support and is the most comfortable pillow I have ever used. My sister also loves her pillow even though she is a stomach sleeper. I couldn’t be happier with my new pillow. If you are considering this pillow but sitting on the fence because of reviews, I encourage you to take a chance because you just might like it and you can return it if you don’t find it to meets your standards. I love, love my new pillow!

This pillow has been a game changer for my sleep. I am a side sleeper and this provides ample support for my shoulder. It is fairly firm. It stays cool throughout the night. It has also provided relief to some TMJ problems I have had. Would buy again!

Too hard. I thought as I used it, it would mold more to my head. It has not. I am a side sleeper and find it to hold my head at an awkward angle all night. Usually the memory foam will mold to you. This doesn't seem to be working the same. I had an older pillow from this company which I loved. It just got old.

I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON PILLOWS LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT ONE. THIS IS THE BEST PILLOW I HAVE EVER OWNED. THE BEST SLEEP EVER. THE MOST SUPPORTIVE PILLOW EVER.

My fluffy pillows were a year old and no longer doing the job. Time for replacement. I had a spare pillow that I pulled out of retirement - probably 7 - 9 years old - and it was still very comfortable. I always use pillow covers to keep them clean. Looked at the brand, Sleep Innovations, and decided to get the same one. Foam is made in the U.S. Still the same quality. Still the same comfort.

So I suffer from neck stiffness and pain and headaches. I'm also a strict side sleeper, getting pain in my back when I sleep on my back and I feel like I can't breathe laying on my stomach. Which has constantly on the hunt for the right pillow. The pillow is too firm/doesn't allow my head to go down or just relax at the angle I need it to, when sleeping on my side! I bought this specifically because it said it was a cooling pillow (I stay hot throughout the night) and because it said it was ideal for side sleepers (the only way I can really sleep). Unfortunately, I've had to go back to my 2 original pillows, that I have to make work until I can afford getting a different pillow. I've just let my bf take this one and use it, since it hurts my neck worse and causes even more headaches for me! He likes it. But he can use any pillow and sleep like a rock! 😝

This is the best pillow I can buy!!!!! 100% recommended! My mom has it in her house and I finally got one! Value for money!!!

I discovered this brand years ago through costco. Their gel pillow is very good, but its too tall for my neck and had been giving me intense migraines from my neck being sore. After trying 3-4 other brands and talking with my chiro (who wasnt much help) I found a tag on my gel pillow with their hoping to find a better fit from them. This pillow REALLY is a side sleepers dream!! My whole body just relaxes as soon as i lay down, and my sleeps are deepers and better rested. Even the FedX guy told me how great it was as he dropped it off!

I was surprised by how comfortable this pillow is. My mom had one on the bed and I was unsure how I would sleep. I don’t usually like memory foam pillows because I find them to firm. Maybe it’s the gel but it was the best night sleep I had in a long time and I had no neck pain when I woke up. I ordered this one as soon as I got home. I can puff it up and squish it unlike memory foam pillows I’ve tried in the past. I love it!! And NO neck pain!!

No corresponde a la imagen. Las cubiertas(fundas) están bien. La almohada en si, no tiene esos orificios de ventilación. Pero es una almohada cómoda, sin duda, siempre que se busque suavidad. Si se busca algo firme, no, no es el producto correcto
