200 Henbane (Stinking Nightshade/Black Henbane) Hyoscyamnus Niger Flower Seeds

......and excellent seed quality. Very recommended. I was first worried, the Henbane seeds would be problematic, since I have seen them grow in Europe, but I am in Utah now and was wondering, if it would work due to the heat here. No problems.

I was very happy when the seeds that I received germinated, but was rather surprised with what I got. The flower looks nothing like the one in the product picture, and I suspect that it is not even a related species. Not sure why a company would go to the trouble of sending a different flower than the one ordered. Perhaps it was just a simple mix-up, but even so, I have to give the product one star for not being as advertised.

Great seeds. They grow pretty fast.

Medicine

Did not germinate!

Germinated fine, but now that the true leaves have come out, the plant looks a lot like a chili pepper instead of henbane... There's 12 that have grown enough to get true leaves, and all of them identify as peppers.Not particularly thrilled they are not what I ordered. But the return period passed since, you know, germination takes time. Don't think I'll buy again. Happy to post pictures if people are interested.
