So, I read the instructions before I started and it seemed so easy! The problem is that the tip doesn't pick up the stones as it claims it does. You need to use the pliers to place each rhinestone on the warmed up pen, let the glue melt and then TRY to place it on the item you are stoning. Half of the time it falls off on the way over. Then you have to burn your finger tapping the hot stone down to make sure it sticks. What a hassle!If there is a way to pick the stones up with the warming pen, someone please let me know. That just does not work and I tried using both 2mm tips that were included. Is there a trick? I am desperate to know...

This is a wonderful kit for beginners!! Has everything you need and more!! However, I wish the iron had some more variety of the tips, as I couldn't find one to fit the base-size-gems perfectly. But overall this kit has been very nice and works great!!!

I had been using an iron and then a battery operated version of this type of tool. Having one that plugs in and gets hot quickly is a necessity in this new bedazzling experience! I also love that it has a stand, two ways to pick up and place stones, a cleaning tool and a case to keep them all! The rhinestones that come with it are nice, but meant to supplement your collection or to get you started. So, if you order this, make sure that you either order more stones online or go out and get more while you're waiting for this tool to arrive. You'll be glad you did!

I liked the rpoduct and for the price realli good. The only reason why it does not have 5 stars is why i structions come in french and german. It is difficulta for first users to f8nd out how it works. Overall is a good product. As other people say, it does not pick the stones.

Other than being really time consuming, this product works good. I had some trouble getting some of the stones to stay in place, and I haven't tried washing anything I've made, but the stones seem to hold up pretty well! I've put them on hats, bags, cards, and a shirt.

They’re very cute but the glue doesn’t hold the stones to material very good. I used it to bling out my Seahawks face masks but some of them popped off even before hand washing them.. kinda made me sad. Maybe I’ll try applying them again and leave the heat piece on longer..

I can't wait to use it but I first need to find an adapter so I can use it...once I find one I'll update my review
