overall:- if you've never had a crunchie candy bar, you need to try one. the chocolate coating is superb milk chocolate but the star is the inside. it's like a honey amber solidified crunchiness filled with air bubbles giving it a light but delightful texture--not taffy, not exactly like the inside of a whoppers, not spongy, not chewy, not nougaty. hard to describe.- great value: comes to $0.82 each. less than a dollar a bar. not bad!- long shipping timepro:- if you search crunchies on amazon, you'll find lots of options. as far as value, this is one of the better ones.- bite-sized is the description, but they're larger than typical usa "bite-size" candy bars. those are only 1-3 inches long max. these (as you can see in my pics) are shorter in length than an average sharpie marker. my estimation is that they're 3.5 inches long (actual bar--not in package). the reason the size is a pro is that i've had the full-size bars and now these. this size seems more reasonable, more responsible, and less overkill. the full-size bars are just way too much for me--wonderful and all, but just too much crunchie. for me. i'll still eat one. don't get me wrong. i'm no quitter.- if you like candy bars--you MUST TRY ONE OF THESE!!!!!- i've never had another candy bar like this. did i mention you should try one?- this comes in original store packaging--box and individual 4 packs. you could resell it if you wanted! exotic candy from far off lands!con:- mine must have sat in the mailbox too long in the summer heat. chocolate got a bit melted. bar wrapping says not to refrigerate, but i had to for at least an hour or so. didn't seem to cause any harm to the flavor or texture. i look like a fool licking all the chocolate off the inside of the wrapper: "my precious..."- shipping time is quite a while with a huge window of arrival. ordered june 20. arrived july 11. the order still shows that it might arrive by july 27. crazy. but i guess if someone in the uk were to order some candy bars that i shoved in a box from wal-mart, it might take a while too. they DID indicate before purchase that the arrival window was about 3-5 weeks away. i knew this going in!- no other cons. even the two above are NOT the fault of the product or the seller.note:- some have asked about expiration date.- i have only eaten about four of these so far, but they've all had fresh texture and flavor (though the chocolate has melted due to box sitting in hot mailbox too long).- the chocolate shows no signs of cocoa butter separation (white, ashy appearance).- the one bar i checked showed a printed expiration date of: 23 02 2021. for people in the usa, that's 2/23/21. so i got them in july 2020. they're good until february 2021.

I am a chocoholic and this is one of my favorite new candies. Someone mentioned that it is not too sweet and I did not see it. Chocolate on a hard ish honey comp filling that is slightly harder than a Butterfinger. I noticed after gorging on several four packs with a tall glass of milk, that it does not leave you feeling sickly feeling in your stomach. I guess the honeycomb center is easier to digest. The chocolate is delish, but must be a summer chocolate. I have ordered twice, and each time there is not even a trace of melted chocolate. (My Curly Wurly were by contrast somewhat misshapen, albeit delish) The small bars are individually wrapped and then four of those are wrapped again. Lastly, they are packed in yellow.purple box just like the picture shows, and then placed in a Priority Mail Box for protection. They are a bit pricey, but the chocolate lover on your list will be mighty impressed with the condition, freshness, taste and presentation. Unless, you are gifting to one of those weirdos that don't like honey. If so, just treat yourself, they are awesome!

This candy was introduced to be my my friend, and she can never get it because we are in the states. She did me a favor and I’ve bought this product for her it came with so many that I was able to steal a few for myself, and now I understand what the obsession is!

Just beware that these are almost half the normal size from Canada. I didn’t notice that before buying!In addition shipping is a week later then they advertise when buying.But still very good!
