Juvale Wood Boxes for Crafts - 5.9 x 3.9 x 1.97 In, 6-Pack Brown Paulownia Wood - Paintable & Engravable Boxes to Decorate & Jewelry Storage

Surprisingly well made. Very good price. Thin and lightweight wood. These should work well for my plans to make into jewelry box.

I love the latch to keep little hands out. The size is perfect for my reading glasses and other do dads I like to keep close to my chair and bedside. These small boxes are well made and have stood up to a toddler using it for their tiny babies. I kept three and gifted three. We all like the unfinished wood so each can be designed to our own preferences.

Great quality for a reasonable price. I was looking for something with latches that were not the cheap looking flat gold style and found this. Perfect for small wedding party gifts. Some slight imperfections, but nothing that could not be easily hidden. Plain pine wood was easy to stain and only needed a very light sanding to prep it.

Got these for gifts for my husbands groomsmen. A friend stained and stamped them with initials, and they turned out beautiful! My man gave them each a lighter and a couple cigars. It was perfect

The after school program I work for was doing " A PIRATE'S LIFE FOR ME!" summer theme. I bought several of these for the kids to paint and decorate as their own private treasure box. They had a great time decorating them and then filling them up with home-made bead necklaces, candy rings and skull stickers! They are made pretty well, no loose hinges and close and lock without a problem. I would buy these again!

We are preforming a play of which one scene has the actor smashing a music box. The fact that there are six as a very good price was the first good thing since the play runs for six nights. The size of the boxes are perfect. Our only issue is that the boxes do not smash as easily as we expected. They are very well built that we had to practice in order to figure out how to crush them. We ordered more to make sure we get it right.

Depending on your needs these might be perfect for your needs, but understand the price per unit reflects their quality. Four of the six boxes I received had tops that were not tightly attached. One had a hinge that didn't even have all the screws installed. Two boxes had the latching mechanism installed crooked. My point is if you're buying these just to make simple little junk or trinket boxes for yourself, they're probably fine. If you're planning to make gifts for others with them (as I was) you may want to rethink that purchase. If your plan is to make items you'll then sell, I would recommend looking for a higher quality option.

These were super easy to paint! Sanding them lightly makes them absolutely perfect! (And when I mean lightly, I mean like it’s barely needed- I was being picky😂) I would definitely buy these again! They are sturdy and well made- nice and light too without being flimsy!

I like it .. thank you

I am a woodburning artist on Vancouver Island and one of the crystal shops I supply art to has requested boxes for tarot cards/crystals/trinkets. I ordered various kinds and went to many stores in pursuit of the perfect boxes - low and behold, these boxes are stunning! They require very little sanding to really polish up & smooth out, and the clasps are the nicest I've found so far. The boxes are sturdy, great for woodburning & painting. Highly recommend! @lindseytartistry

This seller and Amazon have completely let me down. I ordered the above product. The product did not meet my need at all. I wraped up the product and did everything i was told to do. The seller sent me a return label. I printed the label put it on my package. A courier came and I sent back to seller. Corresponded with Amazon and seller. They have my product but I now do not have a product nor do I have a refund. I live in SA and USA. Amazon SA is a sham. They cannot honor their dealers products. It is so convoluted in SA. Shame on you Amazon. I suggest NO ONE should buy from Desertcart za and think twice about SA Amazon.
