Farnam Mare Plus Gestation and Lactation Supplement, 3-Pound

Obviously for an in foal mare. I have used this product since 2007. My breeding program is small, average 1 foal per year with 3 different mares. All were born healthy and good sized. Think of it as pre-natal pills for humans, only obviously for horses.

I have used this product on my brood mare for 2 years now. Never miss a feeding. I started her when initially breed and through her gestation. Now she is rebreed with her 2nd colt and continues on this. Big difference in her lactation, skin coat and overall appearance. Beautiful colt with a healthy coat. I would be afraid not to use this for the health of my mare and colt.

3 years ago I bought this for my horse and she loved it. I was not in pellet form. Now she's pregnant for the second time and she loved the supplement and she looked outstanding the first go round. I bought the pellets this time and she hates them. I put molasses on it, still no. When I saw this and the picture matched what I bought the first time, I was super excited. I received it today and it does NOT match the picture, it's pellets. She hates it.So, if you are in my situation, buy a small amount to see if your horse likes the new formula.

I feed this supplement to my pregnant and lactating mares. It's an excellent product. I've never seen it at this price anywhere!

Have used this product for all my broodmares.

I've used this product for 7 yrs w/my broodmares. I find my colts don't get the scours when mares are fed this. Great product!!

Would not be without this product,My mare has become a new horse.
