These are even better than I expected them to be! MUCH thicker than the last set I bought at a certain major retail store we shall not mention here. Sticky texture on the bottom keeps them flat and not sliding around. I love the little labels on them so I can remember which board I just cut chicken on and which one I have the veggies on. Neat idea. I also love how easy they store because they are so thin. But I think the best part is after you finish chopping, just fold up the board and tote the bits to the pot and dump em in! I intend to buy a few more sets of these and give them out as Christmas gifts. What's not to love?

The labels are waxy and come off in the wash but that's about it they work great
