Please note: The production of artificial flowers require many steps, many of which are 100% handmade . It may occur during transport that some delicate flower heads or leaves may fall or bend. If flower petals are bent, you may briefly submerge them into very warm water to retain their original shape. Because of the flower petal's latex petals our artificial flowers can be easily cleaned. The texture of the flowers was nice. But other than that they are total garbage. The red petals were faded on the side and the flowers when received work then. My order was even missing a few flowers from both red and yellow. Will not buy again
