Great tasting and easy to digest. I do one scoop with milk before bed and it goes down easily.

The powder does not mix too well with water or non-fat milk but for all intents and purposes, it does work as intended. The flavor is just okay.

Yo! I don't buy protein for taste...I don't write reviews for supplements...BUT....I simply must. This is the worst protein powder I've had in 20 plus years of using protein. It tastes nothing like traditional protein...look on the back and they added coconut creamer? To make it artificialy frothy? They actually say that on the package. Who does that. It's awful. Don't buy this. Don't give this to your dog. Don't give it to your worst enemy. Just awful man. Typically a solid brand too...

Allmax makes great supplements. i’ve been using isoflex for a few years now. tastes great and it’s one of the best proteins ingredient wise on the market. this casein is no different. worth the price.

I usually don’t write reviews but HAD to for this one.I don’t like casein for its texture, but I still have it for the muscle building benefits. This casein is almost the same texture as whey!! Love it! Perfect for my evening proats 😋

it doesn't mix well, ive tried both water and milk with a blender but the texture will still always be grainy. I give it 4 stars because it does the job for me. im only using it to hold my appetite and muscle retention over night sleep. one cup is enough, you don't need much. a decent budget buy if you can get past the grainy texture.

Casien. Slow digestive high quality protien. Does it work? Ontop of training like a lunatic and diet with recovery.. couldn't hurt. Taste, no where as good as Whey, doesn't mix as well. Shake the st out of it, you'll be fine, sunshine.

I’ve been using this mainly for baking and it’s been great — works really well in protein pancakes, muffins, or mixed into oats. Adds a nice chocolate flavor and a good texture once cooked or mixed into thicker recipes.That said, I wouldn’t recommend it for regular shakes. I tried mixing it with milk and it came out pretty grainy and sandy, no matter how much I shook it. Not the smoothest drinking experience.

Very tasty, almost like a milkshake - can't at all complain, I also have been recovering faster since adding this to the rosterIt gets very filling very fast though, don't plan on eating AFTER you have a shake though, you'll be skipping a meal lol
