Love it thick Full of flavor and not bitter or sharp Great for cheese, bread, salad and antipasti However more care in shipping needed as it as received with broken cap and some spilled into package

It’s a glaze but also has the perfect pairing of acid and sweet. I like it best as a squirt or two in soups or anything that needs a fix for “hmm. There’s something missing I’m just not sure what it is”.

Great Tuffle flavor/ aroma plus fine Balsamic Glaze Taste! I have to fight my wife over this!
It is almost a tug of war in my house over this stuff. It is like crack on Tomatoes, but my wifelikes it on even Chinese food. We may have to sell over house to maintain our addiction to thisstuff...but I am also trying cheaper fruity versions as well.If you like Truffles, then this one is for you. Just do not let your wife know about it.Maybe get change the bottle label to Crazy Glue or something to thru people off.
