Fits my daughter
I purchased as my daughter has braces on too and will also be getting them on her bottom teeth soon too. She has to have a mouth guard for taekwondo and I liked that this is a no boil mouth guard. She is 12 and so far it’s working great

100% recommended if you wear braces
I do really recommend it alongside a Shock Doctor mouth guard case

Football
My son wears this for football and it has lasted all season, surprisingly! Normally my son will go through at least two mouth guards a season. He loves the way it fits, no boiling, and great quality.

A mouth guard with braces will never be fun
There's just no getting around the discomfort of wearing or removing a mouth guard if you have braces. With teeth that re moving, those customizable mouth guards won't work and you need this more general fit. It'll be a bit hard to put in and take out, it's big and hard to breathe without drooling. Generally not a wonderful experience. As i said however, that's all inevitable, given the need, there's nothing better they could do really....And i have no idea why these are so expensive, way more expensive that guards for use without orthodontics.

Great mouth guard for braces
My son has had this mouthguard for a good while-- he uses it for wrestling with braces. It works out great. He had a different brand in the past --but it did not hold up like this one does. When he got some springs for his braces--he had to cut a notch in them to make them fit and they continue to work without any issues.

Comfortable and useful
Bought this for my avid baseball player who recently got braces. He said it was comfortable and didn’t feel like a dork wearing it in the field. As far as how it looks on while in the mouth-it looks like he stuck a cut piece of orange under his lips. It has breathing holes around the edges so breathing after running isn’t a problem. Bought a case for it so it doesn’t get sand and dirt on it when tossed into his equipment bag.

Perfect for people with braces on top and bottom teeth
Teen son has fixed braces on top and bottom teeth. This brace does not need moulding it just fits over the braces and stays in place protecting both top and bottom teeth. He is the captain of his school rugby team and the brace clamps his mouth shut so it's fun to shout orders to his team mates without moving his mouth! He manages though and likes it better than the usual mouthguard he wore before. You have to be careful taking it out of the mouth to make sure it spdoesnt catch but once you are in the habit it is easy to do.

The only mouthguarf that fits my braces
Tried many mouth guards and you probably know none of them are exactly comfortable when you have braces. This cover both top and bottom teeth and is quite flexible so more comfortable than others. No heating necessary! Easy to get on and off and there are grooves for your teeth so they stay on well too. Easy to clean

Great Purchase
Bought these for my 12 year old daughter, for her martial arts classes. She has braces and these gum shields protect them well. At first she said they felt a little too big in her mouth, but unfortunately that was the smallest size I could get her. She was 11 then, but even then she got used to them quickly. As time has gone by they fit her more comfortably. They are so easy to look after and the quality is great. They’ve really protected her top and bottom braces well.

Excellent but no case included
This mouth guard stays put and is extremely comfy and soft . Very easy for my daughter to slip over her top and bottom braces . As shown from the picture I inserted it clearly stated there is a case included . There was no case at all in the box , so if I want a case I will have to pay a extra £7.50 to do so . Slightly disappointed about this , but overall a great purchase since it is comfortable , easy to use and we do not have to remould it ( instant fit no boil and bite) every time my daughter’s teeth move during the braces process.

not very good for team sports
Product works well at protecting the brace and from it catching on your gums. It is however near impossible to talk let alone scream to your team mates half a pitch away and taking it out to talk is largely not an option as when it is locked into place it is very hard to move/take out/put back in again. I play rugby (full back) so communication is very important, but despite all this there isn't a better product on the market so I think you just have to take the rough with the smooth.
