Tech support nor great but has nothing to do with the phone model it is my carrier the phone is great and easy of use.

Nice phone for my 9 year old.
It was easy to set up and down load games for my son. He knows how to work it and loves it. Simple but serves its purpose. I pay $23 a month to have service for his phone, very cheap. We hook it up to the house WiFi and works great. Recommend for kids and or adults.

Great for the money
After my daughter lost her iPad I bought this for her to hook up to our WiFi and it’s been a really great alternative! I was impressed

Horrible Phone , Can't Activate it !
This phone was supposed to be part of the tracfone family until I realized it's not and I kept getting the run around just to activate it . Don't get this type of phone , it's not worth your time. If you're a tracfone user and looking for a new tracfone, stay away from this one !

Already broke screen
Bought this for a 8 year old girl, bought screen protector and case for it. She broke the screen with the protector on it! Camera is awful, I expected a little better.

Great for kids
I bought this to use for games and YouTube for my son, and it's great for that purpose! The battery could last longer, but other than that the quality is as expected for a little cheap phone.

it looked nice, but i returned it, was listed as a tracfone, which is what i wanted, but it wasn't, it was t mobile

Great low cost phone
Works fine, long battery life. I love I was able to transfer my Tracfone minutes to it. A smart phone for minimal cost.
