Not sure. You need to check the current tire size on your scooter to see if it's the same. I have the Immotion L8. This tire is a perfect fit (8") and I love it. Also, I go faster because of the solid tire.

Does the air wheel come with the outter and inner tubes?

By outer tube, I’m gonna assume you mean the tire. In that case yes, It includes both. It’s the whole wheel assembly.

sorry dont know We have upgraded , depending on your style, the front wheel to a solid tire..We had to many flats with the tube type front tire..the unit is very reliable, we have two.
