The edges on the inner/outer bearing puller fingers are crisp; there's just a little bit of grit on some of the threaded surfaces, easily cleaned off before use; and the vise grips adapter not only fit the vintage USA Petersen full-size wrenches I have, but also allowed them to close down all the way (reviews of some competing products mentioned this as a limitation). I suppose I could yet find in use the yield strength of the steel deficient, but but so far the set seems worth the savings. I was offered the option of it being shipped in just the manufacturer's cardboard box, which turned out to be a substantial double-thickness. There were complaints about the blow-molded plastic box breaking easily, so I asked for an additional desertcart box outside that, and everything arrived safely.
