This couch is amazing!! Putting it together is time consuming, but easy. The most difficult part was hammering the slats into place, because the plastic pieces snap. You have to hit them with the supplied mallet rather hard, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty quick. Just be careful of your knuckles while holding the mallet. I bruised a couple pretty good hammering next to the metal. It took a couple hours to put together. As you can see, the dog has already decided it's perfect. The cushions are very firm and glorious. The material is soft and cozy. It's Def a couch that will eat you! Sit down and suddenly you're lounging on your back. I love it! It's a little bigger than the measurements suggest on the longer side. We have a big and long living room, so wanted a longer couch than we had. This certainly filled it up. The thick arms are great. It feels well made and of good quality. I love the it's washable. It's only day one, so if that changes, I'll update. Shipping was surprisingly fast. I haven't had to use customer service yet, so no comment on that. All in all, for the price, this is a wonderful couch!

Very spacious and comfortable couch. Well worth the price. It is hugeeee and soft. We love it so much. Everything needed to put together is provided. Even the tools.

I didn’t see many reviews about the blue one and I must say it is lovely, sturdy, soft, and firm and supportive. Building was..an experience. But it’s very easy step by step process. The couch is such w statement and as you can see we’ve already totally engulfed ourselves in it (our kids too lol). If you’re hesitant; buy it. It’s so worth the money.

This couch is absolutely beautiful and incredibly soft and comfortable. It’s really big, which is perfect if you want something spacious and cozy for the living room. It looks great and feels even better — very “cloud-like” and relaxing. One important tip: pay for the installation/assembly service. The couch is large and comes in multiple pieces, and having it assembled for you will save a lot of time and effort. Overall, very happy with this purchase. It’s comfortable, looks great, and feels high quality.

Overall the couch is nice but man is it a pain in the a$$ to put together. Make sure you have a drill bit 1030 it's REALLY NEEDED to get the job done a lot quicker

I’m in love with my couch!! Seller has good customer service as well. They send you tracking for each package since they come in several boxes. At first I was a little iffy since there was only one review and no pictures. I decided to give it a shot and I don’t regret it. It’s honestly beautiful and comfortable!! The price is worth it. It’s not too soft that you feel it won’t last and also not too firm that it’s uncomfortable, it’s just the right amount. My 3 kids fell asleep on it the first night. I was able to assemble it myself, it came with all the tools. Note: the part I circled, originally was suppose to be 4 seats but I didn’t measure so it was too big for my living room, but I was able to move the 4th seat to the other side.

This couch is very large and extremely comfortable. It arrived just two days after ordering, which was a pleasant surprise. The couch came in six separate boxes, and the seller emailed all of the tracking numbers ahead of time, which made delivery easy to follow. Although my boxes didn’t include assembly instructions and the QR code didn’t link to my specific couch, it was still very easy to put together. The only downside is that the couch does not have legs and sits directly on the floor, but this wasn’t a deal breaker for me. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH I want my money back. -4 months into having this nearly $2k pos, half of it feels wobbly. -The seat cushions never stay aligned or fully on despite having dozens of grips added underneath. -the cushions are too firm and uneven, making it uncomfortable to sit or lie on -not an actual sectional. -was over 1000 pieces and took 4 hours to put together because it came in 16 giant boxes with instructions written with minimal detail and "tools" that wouldn't been salt in the wound if I didn't have actual tools to help me put this together.
