Calming
Brought this for my 9 year old son who is autistic. We travelled for 7.5 hrs in the car, and has used this at school to try and help calm him . Its a little early to see if it is helping but he seems to enjoy using it.

Smaller and lighter than it looks
Seemed well made but was too light and small for an adult or teenager, would suit a child.

Amazing! Calming effect!

My son can’t sit still sometimes, this really keeps him grounded. A little expensive but worth it. 1 side softer than the other, he decides which one each time. I rate it.
