This product is excellent!! My metabolism has improved significantly. I’m losing weight, have more energy, and feel healthier. I've have no negative side affects. They have no taste. I take 2 to 3 a day, usually an hour or so before a meal, but they seem to be just as effective if I take them with my meal or at random times of the day or evening. I would definitely recommend this product and will buy again! Update: I am still losing weight...only have about 3 lbs to go to reach my goal. I’ve lost over 10 lbs in just over 2 months. This stuff is amazing! I’m enjoying shopping for new clothes again, and love what I see in the mirror. (Down side is I'm spending money on new clothes. Lol)

First off there's a lot of reviews on here stating it did nothing for them or that it made them have to run to the bathroom a lot. Cla is known to have a side effect of causing the runs it won't last forever but while your baby gets use to it just assume you'll have it. If you don't then you'll be pleasantly surprised. Also cla is not a miracle pill, you can't just take it and expect to see results. You need to at the very least eat healthy though cla, eating healthy, and exercise best. Also note it may not work for everyone.Now on to my actual review. I have been taking it for almost 3 weeks now and combined with healthy diet, intermittent fasting, and light exercise I am down 11 pounds. Though I do see more of a difference in my clothing then I do on the scale. I did not get the bathroom side effect but my body has not reacted to cla in this way in the past either.If you are thinking of taking this I suggest doing your research on cla before hand so you aren't suprised or upset when it causes something like the runs. Probably a good rule of thumb for anything you put in your body

Soo im soo disappointed with this one, iv tried other cla's (not as strong as this one) and iv had wayyyyy better results. This one i feel it didnt do anything at all! I wish it did bc i would ordered another bottle..next time ill just stick to what i normally get!

I had high hopes for this product based on the amount of CLA, listed ingredients and most reviews. Well I soon started to experience dizzy spells upset stomach and an overall bad feeling each time I ingested this product. I also started out with small doses and wasn’t able to move up to the required dose. I stopped taking it for a few days and the horrible feeling went away. I started again and they all came back. The worst part is they don’t allow refunds!! SAVE your coins on this one.
