What the aha, bha concentration is?

Is it Cream? or Toner? as all photos show as toner

This is my favorite toner for a couple of years now. It’s a great toner that should be applied at night/locally - should not expose to the sun after using it! Because of the AHA BHA combination, my cosmetologist basically prohibited to use it before going out to the sun. Other than that, you can use it wherever you want, serves like a great primer too for me. Most importantly, always saves me from period acne embarrassment.
