Great for back flexibility!
This wheel is perfect for stretching and improving back strength and flexibility. I was first introduced to the yoga wheel in Power Flow yoga. Our tutor brought a couple in to do circuits with and we couldn't wait for it to be our turn on the wheel :) I use it at home to increase my backwards mobility as I have good flexibility bending forwards but find it more difficult to bend my spine in the right places backwards. A great chest and shoulder opener for those who work over keyboards all day (my hubby uses it).

Simple but effective
The yoga wheel arrived quickly and well packaged . Wasn`t quite sure what to expect, but am really pleased with the strength and comfort of the wheel and ease of use.

Pad soft and grippy, sturdy, just wish it was a little wider, doesn’t quiet reach the parts I wanted it to.
