It arrived shrink wrapped and so there are a thousand creases in it which have not dropped out despite hanging up, what a ridiculous way to send a coat, looks like it's been run over by a lorry, what a mess, definitely returning it.

Lovely coat 🧥 once I’d got the wrinkles out? Please don’t vacuum pack it. Wrecks the coat. Have lots of lovely compliments in this coat. Glad I didn’t return it as I was going to initially, due to poor packaging.

Nice looking coat. Arms are kind of long but the fur keeps your hands warm and the fit is nice. There are no zips are popper studs. Wouldn't advice wearing in rain as it is fabric. Very stylish and glad I purchased. Keeps you very warm and I've been wearing t shirts underneath!

I was not sure how good this coat would be as there were some mixed reviews but I am really pleased! I have had lots of compliments.It arrived within 3 days, I put it in the tumble dryer as someone suggested and it puffed out nicely. The fur is lovely, and lines the entire coat. It’s not waterproof (I wasn’t expecting it to be) but I wore it for the first time in an awful downpour and it still kept me warm and cosy. I would definitely recommend this product.

The coat was delivered in a vacuum pack, lord knows how long it’s been in there it was so creased you wouldn’t believe, there are no washing instructions any where on the coat so had to look on the order and it’s dry clean only! The fur was squished flat so looked on the reviews and seen someone had put in the dryer I squirted some fabric freshener on it so it was slightly damp and popped it in checked after 5 minuets and although the fur sprung to life it was heavely creased still so I’ve ironed it with a damp T towel after a lot of ironing it finally resembles a coat. Size is good I’m about a 16 so went up 2 sizes and glad I did! There is no zip so hope the press studs hold out, it’s lined throughout with fur so should be warm and after all the hard work I like it

Firstly the way they vacuum pack the coats is ridiculous.It came out as flat as a pancake, so unbelievably creased and the fur looked like a cheap teddy.I honestly believe the coat in the picture is a sample made with real fur and not what you get ( thank god for that) however I popped it on high in the dryer for 15 mins ( in 5 minute cycles) and 95% of the creases dropped out.I then got a large wide toothed comb and brushed all of the fur around the hood and sides ( the fur that lines the inside is a nice plush cosy fur and is fine) I spent around 30 mins brushing the coat and stroking it down in the right direction and it is lovely and fluffy.The fabric I would say is suitable for a light shower of rain but not a downpour , so I’ll use some waterproofing spray on it.I bought the coat 2 sizes too big and I’d say it’s come up one size too large.It looks nice for what I intended , walks on the beach and in the woods so my nice coats don’t get ruined.If you are prepared to put a bit of effort into getting the creases out and fluffing the fur up, then it’s a lovely warm good value coat.If you can’t be bothered , then don’t buy it.Great for outdoor walks with the kids.Very cosy and very warm.

Terrible quality. Far from the look on picture. Fit for mopping floors not wear..

After reading the reviews I decided to go up a size and I am glad I did. I purchased a size 20 and it comes up a little big on me however not too big. I normally take a Size 16-18. The sleeve length is just right. I expected it to be really creased with it being flat packed however I didn't find it as bad as everyone has made out. (please see pics). I did however straight away put it in the washing machine on a low wash (30°) and popped it in the tumble dryer checking it and rotating the coat inside and out every 5 minutes. I then brushed the fur with a brush and used the hair dryer to fluff it up a bit and poppet it on my dolly to get rid of the few, hardly any creases (please see pics) . I am impressed with it. Seems like alot of messing about but it wasn't too much trouble at all well worth it. I would order again.

Non c'entra nulla con la foto dove il pelo appare folto e voluminoso in realtà è molto povero e il rumore del tessuto sembra quella di un sacchetto di plastica....

le modèle n'est pas identique que celui sur la photo ,la fourrure n'est pas jolie comme sur la photo ainsi que les finitions, je le garde car il est chaud .POURQUOI présenter un beau modèle et pas celui que vous vendez? soyez sincères ! c'est la première fois que j'achète chez vous et je suis vraiment déçue!

So, habe nun meine Jacke auch erhalten, nach fast 4 Wochen Lieferzeit....Was soll ich sagen, die Jacke sieht an und für sich sehr nett aus, ist aber KEINESFALLS mit dem Bild zu vergleichen. Das Bild zeigt eher einen Echtpelzmantel, schon alleine der Pelz am Kragen, Kapuze und Ärmel sind viel buschiger und grau mit schwarzen Spitzen.... in echt ist es nur grau.Allerdings ist es echt schön nachgemacht und flauschig. Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass man für diesen Preis keinen Echtpelzmantel wie auf dem Bild erwarten kann.Nun zum Schnitt, Parka, sehr weit, lässt sich mit einem Kordelzug enger stellen. Funktioniert soweit ganz gut aber unterhalb der Taille fällt er dennoch sehr sehr weit. Ich bin 1.75m groß und meine Jacken sind normal Gr. 42. Hab also Gr. 42/44 bestellt und das ist auch gut so. Zu schließen ist er mit Druckknöpfen. Zwei Fronttaschen, soweit in Ordnung.Vom Aufbau ist die Jacke außen aus Polyesterstoff. Er wirkt leicht glänzend und knistert etwas laut. Bzw ist es zu hören. Etwas matter wäre bestimmt schöner. Auf dem Polyesterstoff folgt die Teddyfütterung, bis hin zu den Armen und Kapuze in grau. Und dann kommt der Pelz. Es ist zwischen dem Außenstoff und dem teddyfell keine zusätzliche Wattierung.... also bei richtig eisigen Temperaturen ist es wirklich fraglich ob er so warm hält.Dennoch ist er schön und ausgefallen. Etwas das nicht jeder hat!Von mir nur 3 Sterne, da die Lieferzeit echt lange war und der Mantel nicht genau wie abgebildet.Kundenservice war Tip Top.

Photo mensongère. Énormément déçue du manteau. C'est extrêmement cher pour ce que c'est. Du coup j'ai retourné la marchandise. Petit conseil passer votre chemin.....

L'article reçu n'est pas du tout conforme à ce que suggère la photo. Il arrive compact sous vide donc tout froissé. Puis à ce parka on a collé des poils synthétiques qui vont ds tous les sens. Ace un collage confus et très moche. On ne peut même pas brosser la fourrure qui n'est même pas collée de manière harmonieuse. Quelle deception. Article à déconseiller. Le seul point positif, il est chaud. Pour le reste c'est une honte de faire rêver sur un produit n'existe pas.

Non e’ come in foto ma molto diverso se fotografassero il vero prodotto venderebbero uguale ma un cliente non si illuderebbe di ricevere una cosa diversa, e’ un capo che va preso due taglie in piu’ e’ imbottito di ecopelliccia e intorno di pelliccia piu’ folta, esternamente e’ impermeabile e si stira facilmente se arriva stropicciato ,la pelliccia se sta all’aria si distende

Rien à voir avec les photos😡, très déçu, trop cher pour ce que c'est, la matière on dirait une bache🤢. Honnêtement je regrette mon achat. Je ne le recommande pas. Une vrai arnaque.🤬

Am Samstag habe ich meine neue Jacke bekommen. Gut und sicher verpackt in insgesamt 3 festen Plastiktüten. Die Jacke ist aus hochwertigen Materialien hergestellt, der schwarze Oberstoff ist dicht gewebt und etwas dicker (kein billiger Futterstoff) und wird bestimmt gut gegen Wind und Wetter schützen. Der Pelz ist wunderbar weich und schimmert leicht. Die rote Farbe ist genauso schön wie auf der Abbildung. Die große Kapuze lädt förmlich zu einem Spaziergang im Herbst.Schade, dass die Jacke keine Innentaschen hat (für Handy, Schlüssel u.ä.)Und ein Reißverschluss sollte auch nicht fehlen. Dafür könnte diese Jacke auch ein paar € teurer sein.Ich werde mir bei einem Änderungsschneider einen Reißverschluss einnähen lassen.Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung !

Produit arrivé rapidement mais taille très mal, ne correspond pas du tout à la photo, de très mauvaise qualité ! Envoyé sous vide donc manteau hyper froissé ! Je ne le recommande pas du tout ! Beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité médiocre ! La fourure n'est pas aussi fournie non plus !

Ich war bei dem Bild überwältigt, da das Fell aussieht wie echter Pelz. Dann dieser Preis, da muss man zuschlagen. Tja das war ein großer Fehler...der Besatz sieht aus wie von einem billigsten Plüschtier, Farbe wie auch Beschaffenheit haben wirklich gar nichts mit dem Bild zu tun. Da ich bisher nur echtpelz Jacken hatte, war ich bei dem Bild total überrascht weil ich dachte wenn das auch in Webpelz möglich ist steige ich gerne um. Ich habe den Verdacht das es sich bei den Bildern dieses Herrstellers um Echt Pelz Jacken handelt, aber verschickt werden billigste dünne Webpelz duplikate. Nie mehr wieder

Super schöne Jacke! Für den Preis absolut nicht zu überbieten, sieht auch sehr hochwertige verarbeitet aus! Meine beste freundin hat sie in Camouflage und auch die hält seit über einem jahr top und ist demnach toll verarbeitet. Von mehreren Personen wurde die Jacke auf ca 150 - 250 Euro geschätzt. Lange Lieferzeit aber das Warten lohnt Sich!!!

Decisamente una delusione. Non corrisponde a ciò che si vede in foto. L’oggetto è arrivato con alcuni strappi. La stoffa oltre essere molto leggera è stropicciata.... per non parlare del pelo... scarso e poco riempitivo, nonostante lo abbia tenuto appeso per alcuni giorni (come suggerito dal venditore). Acquisto completamente deludente.

Die Jacke ist das Geld leider nicht wert. Sie wirkt sehr billig, der Stoff knitterig, der Pelz struppig und unförmig durch den Transport zerquetscht. Größtes Manko ist jedoch der fehlende Reißverschluss! Der Mantel ist nur durch Knöpfe zu verschließen. Kann man maximal für die Gassi-Runde tragen, wenn es nicht windig oder regnerisch ist.

Bonjour je suis très déçu par le manteau regarder la photo du catalogue et la photo du manteau que j'ai reçu pour moi elle est complètement différente vraiment déçu en plus l'emballage était sous vide et le manteau bah tout froissé regarder la photo aussi vous verrez et pourtant c'est pas ma première commande chez vous jamais été déçu mais alors là c'est le maximum je crois
