Amazing for college
This thing is awesome for the price. I mean it's basically a netbook and a badass tablet all at once. I use it for college and it's amazing. I do suggest buying a wireless mouse as it can be super sensitive on the keyboard pad. My only real complaint is that the charger cord is way too short. I mean my phone charger cord is over double the length. If possible I'd buy a longer cord. I just haven't looked into it.

Not worth it
The computer was not bad when it came to first use, but later on it started to kick me out of apps for no reason and sometimes wouldn’t save my projects. The battery was degrading fast and the connection to the key board would keep disconnect and not working. Over all I would not sudjest this product to anyone who wants a decent computer.

Poor
This device was used less than thirty days and started malfunctioning. Not only will it not charge but the touch screen has a mind of its own, sometimes making it completely unusable! I was unable to find anyone to speak with or find resolution for the issues I will never buy amazon certified refurbished again!

Battery still discharges slowly while charging during use
Pretty much does whatever we demand. No problems with memory in updating windows. Firealpaca runs smoothly. Update. yes after 3 weeks stopped charging. I should have realized it had charging problems. Went from great little laptop to paperweight.

Daughter loves using this item, she likes to draw and this is perfect for her! She's 10 by the way.

Waste Money
Laptop looks vey nice, but have problem with keyboard. It didnot work. This laptop was christmas present for my kids. This laptop spoiled the holiday!

Stopped connecting to WiFi.
Christmas gift for granddaughter not exactly what I expected. The main issue is that it just doesn’t function well. Having trouble getting it to connect to WiFi. About two weeks ago when it did connect to WiFi it wouldn’t pull up the App Store. This just seems glitchy and looks as if it’s going to be a paperweight. Disappointed and will stick with apple products.
