I use it my second or third pour to reduce agitation and get a faster draw down for lighter roasts or beans with a lot of fines. It does a great job. I’d buy another one in a heartbeat if I didn’t have this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Half the price of a Melodrip, all the function if you supply your own stick *by on Reviewed in the United States 15 July 2025* Near identical to the melodrip, but with a nice metal stand instead of the (very useful and actually preferred) metal stick. I use a pair of forceps to hold the cafemasy (it is just a small lil plastic dripper that is entirely separate from the metal stand) and the control of being able to move it around while pouring is great. Some folks mentioned using a chop stick and that also works if your chopstick is the right size. The melodrip part just sits in the stainless base. It's not attached in any way, which is actually nice because you can use it separately if you find something to put where the handle of the melodrip would fit. Pretty sure it's a melodrip and not a clone, because I've seen them and this looks identical in every way.
