So soft, cozy, and the best gift. Baby loves it!
I absolutely love these sleep sacks.I received a 3-6 month size in gold as a gift. When my baby stopped being swaddled (In a Comfort & Harmony peanut swaddler) around 3.5 months, I transitioned him into this without any issue. It was so cozy and allowed for more movement than the swaddler. I loved it so much that I recently purchased the next size up in aquamarine (which is a beautiful tiffany blue color).I love that I never have to worry about him being too hot or too cold in this. It keeps him warm without being hot or uncomfortable. He has worn this with footie pajamas or just a onesie and been comfortable either way. Both sides (inside and out) of this fabric are equally as soft. I received a different sleep sack that only had a soft outside but the inside wasn't soft. This is nice because I don't have to cover up his feet or legs. The fabric is so gentle on his skin that it won't irritate or rub it while he sleeps. The zipper can be done from top or bottom. You can easily do diaper changes because of this, but I have also occasionally unzipped it from the bottom so I could buckle him in the carseat without taking it off (this is nice when he is asleep and I don't want to wake him). There is a substantial size difference between the 3-6 & 6-12 month sizes. I wouldn't suggest buying a 6-12 month for a small baby because the neck hole could be too big and your baby could possibly suffocate. I have a long 5 month old baby. The 3-6 month still fits him but his feet are touching the end so I sized up and will use both until he totally outgrows the smaller one. The 6-12 is much bigger on him, but since his arms are through the holes, and be is pretty big, I don't worry about it being too big on him.The last thing I love about this, which was totally unexpected is that this is becoming one of the simplest sleep signals/sleep props/loveys for my baby. When I put him in his sleeping bag, he knows it is time to sleep. He grabs a handful of the fabric at his chest, pulls it to his face, and it calms him down. It is so snuggly and soft and I can tell he loves it.The SwaddleDesigns sleep sack is one of the best gifts I received. I love it and baby loves it!

Cozy!
We got the TRUFFLE color in a 6 month size (fits my 5.5 month old find with lots of length to grow). The color is more of a muted WINE color, which is different than I thought it'd be but it's still pretty in a "different" way (we're over pastels and other typical baby colors of yore -- rust, olive, burgundy, and mustard are in, hello). The circle pattern on the fleece is less mod looking than in pictures, which I'm thankful for. Has two zippers, so you can unzip from top or bottom, both with snap closures to secure zips. It's long, as I mentioned, but isn't triangular in shape -- it's a fitted style, contouring more to the baby's torso than most other sack, which seems to keep it from twisting around her as she thrashes through the night.A word of caution: THIS. THING. SHEDS. EVVVERYWHERE. I read this in a previous review, so I expected it, but MAN the lint is in her crib, on her jammies, in my bed, on burp cloths, on me...I even threw it in the dryer for a few minutes trying to suck some of the lint off of it, which did help, but there seems to be little end in sight. It's even more noticeable because of the color we purchased (dark) against all her white bedding. That being said, it's just lint. Big deal. She's warm and cozy and the sack seems otherwise very well made.I recommend this product!

Very warm/thick!
My baby started using this at 1 month old (size 3-6 months). We just happened to have it from my older daughter that never took to it, but hoped my son would use. Thank goodness I kept it. He loves being snuggled in a blanket, but here in CA where it's hot, it's been hard to swaddle w/arms free, and have him go down easy. We only use this at night, so he associates being in the sack for bedtime, and it's been a godsend. He'll sleep 4-6 hours at a time with this on. My tips: don't use pants for chunky/thicker legs, they'll just get sweaty and could lead to fussing. Put whatever lotion you like on the belly and legs before wearing (associating to bedtime/sleep) The neck runs a tad small, make sure to give the sack a good little pull, bc it tends to bunch up toward the neck.. My son is in the 95th percentile for length and weight for a newborn, and he's been using the 3-6 month size, but i believe it's just a bit too snug on the neck. He's 1 week shy of 3 months old, but I went ahead and bought the biggest size, 12-18mo. It's very long, but the neck is just right!

Sizing Different from Other SwaddleDesigns
It’s very soft and looks like the picture, but it’s bigger sizing than other sleep sacks from this brand. I won’t be able to use it unless I alter it because it’s loose enough at the top for my baby to pull over his face! It’s looser in the arms too and doesn’t appear to be made the same way. Photos show differences between this and their muslin sleep sack of the same size (6-12 months).

So soft and comfortable
Our almost 4 month old daughter loves this. It is super soft, the zipper is solid, and the material is really nice. The item is super well-made. I noticed some reviews on the sleep sack shedding, but ours doesn't shed at all. Not even in the wash. Not a single piece of fuzz. Anyway, I will say it is oddly long, but our daughter is a long baby, so we are fine with it. It should fit her for many months due to the length.

Messy Fuzzy Mess!
This is cute & fits nicely... BUT... and I mean a HUGE but... my house is covered in yellow fuzz! I washed it according to manufacturers recommendation, and now my entire house looks like Big Bird had a panic attack!

It’s soft
Does lose a little fluff in first wash but other than that it’s fine. The shaped middle section works better for my daughter, she can stand easier in this one than her others

Fluff... everywhere!
Baby seems to like it, it's soft and warm, but it covers his bed sheet in lots and lots of tiny pieces of fluff!

Very soft and comfy
The sleepbag is soft, comfy and great choice for the winter season. It kept my baby warm when other sleep bags didn't provide the same warmth. The only shortfall (although not significant) is that the bottom of the sack is on the smaller side - it could be wider to provide space for baby's kicking legs 😊

too thin
Too thin/light - baby was cold in his 18C room
