I love this book! It's great having all my meeting notes organized in one book. I have enough space to take quick notes. The pre filled designated sections allow me to organize details to my meeting. Perfect to jot down short and quick notes.

This notebook is perfect for staying organized during meetings. I really like the layout, which makes it easy to keep track of notes and action items in one place. The durable cover gives it a more professional feel, and the spiral binding makes it easy to flip through pages. The pages are well structured without feeling cluttered, which helps keep everything clear and easy to review later. The size is slightly smaller than a normal sheet of paper. Nice I just wish it has more note room to take notes

This is the perfect size for a small desk. It's big enough for lots of notes but it doesn't take up too much room on your desk. The paper is not very smooth, and it is very matte. It is not too thick. The bic bold pends were OK. The marker fine tip pens will show up on the reverse of the page. I haven't had issues with the pages coming out of the coil. It's very comfortable to write if you completely twist the pages to the back.

This little notebook will come in handy for various types of meetings. I specifically got this for my husband to help keep track of his meetings and organizing thoughts for those meetings. In the short amount of time we have had it, it has helped so much! The notebook itself is very well made and matches the product description and photos. The cover is a plastic material which does help protect the pages from some small amounts of moisture and won't fall apart easily from repeated use. The spiral binding is very sturdy and not easily bent out of shape which helps keep the book intact. The elastic closure is a nice feature. From what I have seen so far the paper is pretty good quality paper, that won't rip out if you accidently drop the notebook or anything like that. Another feature I really like is on the second page inside the cover there is a contact page for you to write your information should you ever misplace the notebook or accidently leave it behind somewhere. The main pages of the notebook are very well organized. It covers just about every detail you can think of including an entire page dedicated to just notes and/or your thoughts. The final feature is on the inside of the back cover and that is a small plastic pocket for temporarily storing any paperwork or documents you may need. For the price this is a great notebook and tool to have on hand. Although it is targeted for business meetings it could realistically be used for personal meetings, financial meetings, parent teacher conferences, even job interviews. It is a fantastic way to pre-plan the points you want to make and the thoughts you have as well as remember what others thoughts are too. Whether giving as a gift or purchasing for personal use I highly recommend this meeting notebook!

I really like this Thboxes Meeting Notebook for my meeting minutes and note taking. I ordered the pink color, has gold tone double wire coil, and has gold embossed Meeting Notebook printed on the plastic cover. The undated 2-page layout is well designed, the left side is for note taking on Topic, Agenda and Action Items, the right side has the entire page for taking notes. These are 100gsm paper, has minimal ghosting and the pages flipped quite smoothly. I counted my notebook and it has only 80 pages, so 80x2=160 pages (NOT 180 pages according to the listing).

This notebook has a flexible plastic cover that’s easy to keep clean. It’s spiral bound, and the binding allows the pages to turn smoothly and allows the notebook to lay completely flat when open. I chose the pink version, which looks sharp with the gold binding and gold lettering on the front. The elastic band—useful for keeping the notebook closed or marking your place—is a nice touch. The paper is good quality and easy to write on, and the clear angled pocket on the back cover is handy for receipts or handouts. The page layout is designed specifically for meetings. When the notebook is open, the left hand page includes spaces for key meeting details such as location, attendees, agenda, and action items. The right hand page is dedicated to notes. I love this format because it makes it easy to skim meeting information later and quickly find action items. The drawback is that if your notes run longer than one page, you’ll end up writing across the next information page and notes page, which disrupts the structure. If your meetings usually fit within a single page of notes, this layout works beautifully. If your meetings tend to be longer, it may not be the best fit. Overall, if this style of notebook suits your workflow, this is a good value for the price.
