Sorry but the connector did not fit my phone as advertised so I had to send it back. The seller was more than accommodating and took it back instantly. There was no problem returning or during communication. It was just a bad fit with the product itself

For the first few weeks, this would have been a five star. It's not a complicated product, and it did exactly what it was supposed to. It didn't survive its first drop. Despite little obvious physical damage, after being dropped the distance from the kitchen counter onto the tile floor the unit no longer charges going either direction. No product is going to be completely drop proof, but I would have hoped for a little more durability here.
