It worked but your bios needs to support boot or you will only have a fast secondary.

My PC did not support boot, but it's about 3 years old. I could see and write to the nvo 860, but it does get over 100 degrees warm without a heat sink really fast and even when not writing sometimes. I'm sticking with sata m.2s for now, no heat sink needed and works on everything. The nvme wouldn't work for me with my note 9 where the m.2s did. But as I recall the speed tests were lower than my pc tests, like 100mbps. I bought an internal samsung sata ssd and it runs at 550mbps(basically max for sata3) and my pc boots in like 17 seconds now. :)

Super fast to implement, no issues to configure

Put my M2 in it, screwed it down, put the thermal adhesive on and the sink, placed into open PCIe slot, started computer, went to disk manager and initialized the disk, created new simple volume, and done.

Misleading.

Yes it plugs into a x16 slot but only utilizes x4. for those buying this product so they can saturate and older pci-e 2.0 x16 slot with the bandwidth from a NVME drive cant!

Good

It works kind of a pain cheap way to set it up rather than that locks in place but works really well
