Only wish they had a different word for G, instead of 'giraffe' - like 'guitar' for example, to help little ones differentiate phonetically between G and J especially when they are starting off. **Q: What is the approximate size of each individual letter?**
A: They are very small, about 2 inches.

**Q: I am thinking of getting the small one for our pre-k classroom.. which size do you suggest? I don't want the letters to take up the whole wall**
A: I am not aware that there are sizes.  Each letter is individual in the ones I ordered.  I have them on my grandson's wall in his bedroom.  I don't have them bunched up like the picture.  I have them spread out.  So I don't think my answer will help you.
