I started using it on my nose and it worked so well I tried it on razor bumps on my chin and neck where ingrown hair would created bumps. Doesn't get all of those depending on how deep the hair, but the ones on the surface are not a problem. Put it right over the bump let it build up suction and then gently slide it across the skin to break the surface. Once the hair shows tweezers do the rest, but the vacuum gets the "gunk". Unfortunately I was greatly disappointed when I opened the box and found a few things weren't included as pictured (blue squishy pad and blackhead extractor). I powered on the handheld vacuum and nothing happened - no sound, no suction. I figured maybe it needed a full charge in order to operate correctly so I plugged it in and let it charge, after a few hours and with a full charge I tried powering on the vacuum. Again, nothing happened once I turned it on and changed to the various suction settings.
