They are as you say high arch which will be better for me others only lasting 3 weeks. As my foot goes over. The arch is better having the hard silicone support worn them in my shoes 3 days now they are good you can feel the support under the arch . Only one dislike for me it doesn't cup my heel enough. Very good indeed otherwise

I have been suffering from Plantar Fasciitis for a while due to very long walks every day. I came across these insoles and thought I would give them a try. Having used them for about a week I can honestly say they are perfect. I have been able to complete my long walks without any pain. I noticed a significant difference after trying them for the first time and now after a week I am convinced that they are just what I needed. I am a size 10 Uk shoe size and I found that the insoles fitted my walking boots without any trimming. Highly Recommended.

Product supports my arches well in both normal shoes and trainers.

Bit to bouncy for my liking

These are very good, my feet are still adjusting after almost 40 years of weak arches I am not surprised! Within days the shooting pain I got up my inner ankles completely disappeared and my posture os better. I have already passed on the link to a friend who is also reaping the benefits! Need cutting down to size like any other insoles which is fine and means you can make sure they really fit your shoes. I will definately be buying more soon so I can leave a pair on my walkong boots, trainers etc!. Really happy!

I suffer from Plantar fasciitis due to putting all my weight on one foot as part of my job and after much money spent on different insoles have come to the conclusion that these are the best I have ever tried. I also wear gel arch supports with these insoles and during the time I am not at work (such as in bed) I also wear Plantar fasciitis compression socks to alleviate the pain. At the moment I only have a bit of pain when first standing up, but after I get walking it goes away. Well worth the money.

its confortable for a couple hours but after a long time it starts to hurt under my feet,i think its not soft enough...had to take them off...maybe i need to get used to it...well update, it hurts a lot after a couple of hours ,i'm not geting used to it,its almost impossible,specially if i'm working and moving a lot.Disappointed...

I am flat-footed and have worn many kinds of insoles. These immediately made an impression because of the strong -but not painful- arch support. Many other insoles that I’ve worn have been far too weak and feel like they collapse when I wear them. Additionally, this insole stood out to me because of its support further up the foot. I can’t explain it, but it feels much more comfortable than the other insoles that don’t have it. I feel the muscles in my legs adjust the the correct posture within the first few days of wearing it. Brilliant product.

Tenia dolores en el pie ocasionado por una presunta Fascitis Plantar. Me decidí a comprar la plantilla y funciona excelente, al principio resulta algo molesta pero te acostumbras rápidamente y el dolor desaparece después de un par de días de usarla diario. La medida es un poco reducida si calzas del 8 en adelante.

The arch support is great, and it is not a firm support, it is flexible, so your feet move almost naturally. Also, as other reviewers said, do not cut them on the drawn lines, use your original insoles as a template. This, ladies and gentlemen, is how an arch support insoles should be made!

Me acaban de llegar hoy así que solo las he usado por un día pero me encantaron. Yo tengo el arco alto, he comprado otros soportes que realmente no brindaban ningún apoyo al arco. Estas plantillas sí le dan soporte. Las utilice durante una caminata de más de 40min seguidos (que generalmente es cuando ya me empiezan a doler los costados de las piernas) y de verdad ayudaron bastante a que no tuviera molestias. Recomiendo que las corten no usando las líneas guía de la plantilla. Es mejor quitar la plantilla del zapato que van a utilizar y trazar la plantilla original en la nueva plantilla. Así es más probable que quede un corte del tamaño del zapato (yo no las corté así, me guié con mi pie y quedaron más pequeñas que el zapato).
