Biscuiteers Book of Iced Biscuits

Purchased as a gift for a 'wannabee - baker'. Excellent value for money, have seen this product in a cookware shop for £14.99, but I paid closer to £10 on amazon. Book contains some recipes for the biscuits themselves (e.g. plain/basic, chocolate, ginger etc), and many MANY ideas on how to ice them. The back of the book has lots of stencil shapes to help you recreate the biscuit projects described, and also tells you the best methods of making use of the stencils. This is great because obviously you won't need to spend a fortune on cookie cutters! Once you have learnt how to make and ice your lovely biscuits, the book also has some good ideas on how to present the biscuits as gifts. For example, chocolate 'Father's Day' biscuits, in the shape of D.I.Y tools, presented in a jam jar. This book is both charming and easy to follow. If you are browsing the internet wondering which biscuit book to buy I would definitely suggest you choose this - you will not find a better biscuit book (I know because I have looked at loads of them)! Go on, you won't be disappointed.

They are lots of biscuit/ cookie books on market, but this book is my holy grail. Very simple easy to follow. I used two method is making the dough one with my cake mixer and other with my hands. Both turn out great. One was slightly softer than the other.1. I creamed the butter,sugar first and added the eggs and golden syrup (slightly soft)2. And followed the recipe in the book Which was firmer and easy to roll out and do not need any extra flour.This book focus on the biscuit making as compare to other books , focus on equipments they use as form advertise which can be very patronising.This book is suitable for all levels

Perfect condition! Quick delivery ... overall excellent! I will definitely be buying used books again - first time I have done so. Not tried any actual recipes yet but book has lots of lovely photos with the recipes 😊

The book is great, as described and with some fabulous photos.It's a brilliant accompaniment to my developing skills as I wenton a Biscuiteers icing course last year and am now planning to takethe world by storm with my new found prowess!

Bought for my daughter to add to her biscuit making collection, the book gives lots of ideas and inspiration which I’m sure she will appreciate.It arrived earlier than specified, well packaged and in excellent condition.I will definitely use seller in the future.

I LOVE this book. The first part of the book details techniques, icing recipes, recipes of biscuits, a bit about the business and various bits and pieces of information to get you started biscuit making. A beautifully colourful and detailed book full of amazing recipes, ideas and designs for biscuits. These 'Biscuiteers' are truly talented and I cant guarantee my biscuits comes off looking just like theirs, but Im having a good go at it. The instructions are very good and easy to follow. Full of information and is great for novices and experts alike.

A very comprehensive guide to making lovely biscuits, well illustrated and clear instructions although you do end up with quite a large quantity to eat at the end !
