Great customer service
I love this lamp. The levels of light as well as the warmth is adjustable so I appreciate that. I had an issue with the remote working intermittently, thus the four star review, however, the customer service has been excellent. It is a great value and looks more expensive than the price imo.

Excellent Quality !
Exactly as described. Extra care taken in packing to assure it was not damaged during shipping. Box within a box! Good quality. The gold finish is perfect. The added finials gives it a high end designer touch and sets it apart from the standard pharmacy lamp. The base is weighted and extra heavy to avoid tipping over. So easy to assemble. The remote is a bonus that has multiple lighting settings and is sure to please anyone lucky enough to get this lamp.

Incredible light sourse for all occasions
I love this lamp. It has many options: height, warm light, bright and very bright lights, easy to use remote. I now enjoy reading by it, daytime or at night. Great to do sewing or other crafts at close range. The shade moves to accommodate to your position.
