I believe the packs I have received have all been genuine elements rolling papers. I will say however that if this is your first time using this brand please DO NOT expect these papers to be like rizla, Swan, zig-zag, raw etc. The elements papers are made using rice paper and not the traditional hemp materials usually used for rolling papers.
