Worthless product
This product is completely worthless and a total waste of money. We purchased it for our office expecting basic functionality, but the very first unit turned out to be defective. After going through the hassle of getting a replacement, the second unit is just as bad—if not worse. The fridge is not working at all, and the only function available is cold water. What’s the point of buying a multi-function unit if it can’t even perform its core job? This clearly shows a serious lack of quality control and reliability. Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this product—poor performance, poor quality, and a complete waste of time and money.

Working well
We wanted a water dispenser for our institute so ordered this. Works well and gives continuous cold water. The storage space is an added usability. Also the dispenser looks great.
