​I never leave reviews, but these were worth taking the time for—I think that speaks volumes in itself! I must say first, I already trust this brand. I've used their equipment for years and actually, I have one of their soundbars on my living room TV, so I was pretty confident these would be just as reliable, and excellent value. ​When I’m not gaming on my PC, I love listening to music (in good quality!), and I was looking for a speaker upgrade in a small-ish form factor. The first thing that struck me was how sleek and modern they look. I wanted something that felt like a genuine audio upgrade without dominating my desktop space, and these absolutely nailed that. ​In terms of performance, they truly punch above their weight. These aren't just loud; the sound is clean, powerful, and room-filling. They are crisp sounding with a solid low-end response that brings my music to life. Although I'm yet to try them with games and movies, I can already tell they'll be fantastic. You also get great control with the audio dials located on the side of one unit and a handy remote so you can adjust the sound from anywhere in the room. ​I almost forgot to mention the connectivity, which is outstanding. On the back, you’re covered for every setup with inputs for Audio in, USB, Optical, Phono, and even HDMI ARC for TV connection, plus a convenient headphone jack. Easy recommendation!!

I purchased a pair of Majority D70X active speakers about a month ago. I use them to listen to various genres of music, podcasts, speech radio and for playing my TV’s audio. They work well as bookshelf speakers for my living room or as PC speakers. Their height (23cm) allows them to fit snugly under the monitors of my PC. These speakers are operable via remote or controls on the back of the right speaker. They are versatile and can connect to different audio equipment with different input types (eg. HDMI, optical, 3.5mm aux cable). Three issues detract me from a fully positive experience: Input selection: Both the remote and the right speaker have only one button for cycling through the inputs in series (eg. five presses to go from Bluetooth to optical). Dedicated buttons for each input, especially on the remote, would be better. Input type notification: A voice announces the selected input type. It can be very loud or soft, depending on how high or low the speaker volume is set. Instead, a visual indicator would be a vast improvement. Standby Mode: The speakers enter standby after 19 minutes of receiving no sound (a supposed legal requirement). Reactivating them requires a button press and a few seconds for them to wake up. I wish they would automatically awake when sound returns. As a workaround for PC use, I run an app that plays a continuous, inaudible low tone. This keeps them awake. Overall, I highly rate the Majority D70X active speakers for their audio frequency range, sound quality and appearance. They are excellent value for less than £100.

Incredible Sound and Versatility — Worth Every Penny! I’ve tested a lot of speakers over the years, and the Majority D70X absolutely blew me away. From unboxing to setup, everything felt premium and well thought-out. The build quality is excellent — solid, stylish, and fits perfectly on a desk or TV stand. Sound-wise, they deliver serious power. The bass is deep and punchy, mids are clean, and the highs stay clear even at higher volumes. Whether I’m gaming, watching movies, or playing music, these speakers perform flawlessly. The connectivity options are a huge bonus — Bluetooth 5.3, HDMI ARC, Optical, Phono, AUX, and USB playback — plus there’s even a USB charging port built right in. I connected my turntable in seconds and loved that I could also link them to my TV and console without switching cables constantly. Overall, the D70X speakers are an absolute powerhouse for the price. If you’re looking for a pair of active bookshelf speakers that can handle anything you throw at them, these are a no-brainer. ✅ Highly recommended!

I've been pleasantly surprised by these speakers, which are incredible value for the very reasonable price. Ordered these as an upgrade to the PC area but have been using these on my TV witg my PS5, and they've been brilliant so far. Sound quality is great and easy to adjust via one of three knobs at the side for volume, bass, and treble; or by using the remote to control the volume. It's extremely easy to set them up in one of the many supported modes. Personally, I prefer as few wires as possible so I've been using the Bluetooth mode, which connected flawlessly first time and has had zero issues over a few days of use so far. No disconnects or drops. 👏🏿 The speakers boast a much more premium look and feel than the price paid; they're super light, and look great on a TV stand or bookshelf with their sleek all black design - which I'm a big fan of! Love an elegant, simple look 🔥 There's a few great features such as - Energy saving mode (speakers will turn off after X amount of time not in use) - Remote control and batteries included 🙌🏽 - 3 year warranty - Multiple ways to connect devices - USB charging port for select devices - Sound equaliser in HDMI or Optical mode - Audio feedback when switching modes Overall, a great set of speakers that I'd recommend for a variety of reasons but in particular, the price is fantastic for what you get, they look modern, and they've so far been extremely reliable and easy to use!👏🏿

Quality product that is well made and looks very nice. Perfect size for a bookshelf as it is about the size of a hardback book and with the cover on the front is quite unobtrusive. The sound quality and volume is not going to set the world on fire, particularly when using it with the phone connection and no pre-amp on a turntable, but for the money its perfectly fine. On Bluetooth the volume could be considered pretty loud but on phono you have to turn it up most of the way to fill the room. Setting it up and using it for the first time was super simple and the cable lengths are generous enough to reach across to either side of my room on top of the bookshelves. I did have to extend the power cable though, but it is a standard length. The remote works well but it is pretty slow to respond so things like switching betwen modes and turning the volume all the way up can take some time. Genera;ly though for a budget set of speakers I am very happy and I now have a discrete bookshelf turntable setup that I'm very happy with.

I Picked up these Speakers mainly for the reason of them being white but honestly, they’ve exceeded my expectations! The Setup was incredibly simple — I had them connected to my phone via Bluetooth within seconds. They also offer plenty of connection options (HDMI ARC, optical, phono, AUX, USB), which makes them super versatile whether you’re using a TV, turntable, or gaming console. Sound quality is excellent. The audio is clear, balanced, and surprisingly powerful for the size. The extra bass feature adds just the right amount of depth without overpowering and if they feel like it is to your hearing you can easily adjust with the dial and remote features. I’ve used them for everything from chill playlists to movie nights, and they perform beautifully across the board. Design-wise, they’re stunning. The matte white finish fits perfectly with my aesthetic — modern, minimal, and premium-looking without being bulky. Even the remote feels sleek and intuitive, keeping the whole experience effortless. Overall I would high reccomend! 😊

Well that's my opinion, why you may ask, so; I had a pair of D40 and was happy with them, unfortunately due to an accident whilst moving the cones were damaged (as there is no cover), so I decided to get the D70, version that has speaker covers, I regret it, tho it appears to be a better speaker. The implementation of Bluetooth is poor as they turn themselves off, pause your video to go get a cup of tea or answer the phone and when you return to the video, no sound, they've unilaterally decided to turn off. This is a major PITA. Also if they are on and connected by Bluetooth and I turn on my projector, they switch to hdmi another PITA. There is a remote control but the lag in response makes it difficult to use.

Volume gets loud enough for a medium room without distortion. I’ve got them wall mounted, and the white design really pops in the setup. They look clean and modern. The remote works fine, though you do need to point it directly. They also come with a 3-year warranty which is a nice touch. If you looking for a fair priced upgrade for your PC / TV speakers, you’ve just found it.

Ho acquistato questi altoparlantu e sono rimasta molto contenta! È una Soluzione molto versatile grazie ai suoi tanti suorce e ne ha davvero tanti!! Telecomando perfettamente funzionante anche a distanza, molto ricettivo. Lo switch dei suorce è agile e veloce con il suo telecomando. Il suono è molto buono, ha un buon timbro con suoni bassi corposi. Ha 3 manopole, 1 per volume 1 per gli alti 1 per i bassi . Esteticamente si presentano bene, io li ho presi bianchi e sono molto eleganti!! In conclusione per me sono degli altoparlanti con un’ottimo rapporto tra qualità e prezzo, che si riescono ad usare davvero in tantissimi modi grazie alle sue numerose modalità di input. Inoltre l'utilizzo è facile ed intuitivo (anche per chi ha poca dimestichezza con i dispositivi tecnologici!) Consiglio vivamente!!

Everything is so nice about these speakers.... The packaging is simple yet solid and effective (do not forget to check the cables, which are down below in the box), the speakers are so nice, so smooth to the touch. The connectors allow you to add a lot of devices; the only downside is that the auxiliary input is not on RCAs and that the Phono input does not have an earth connector. I like the way the program tells you which source is connected! The User Manual is also simple and complete. I love the remote, which is made of aluminium! You can also charge your phone using the USB port! So handy :-) (5V/1000mA) Soundwise, the sound these little speakers produce is really nice, really enjoyable, you have a bass and treble button on the side (there should be a middle lock at 12 though). I did several listening tests, and when you play a song from Deezer, for instance, and the same song you recorded through your system on vinyl, you can hear the sonic differences between the two versions of the song, which means the frequency response tends to be neutral. They do play Loud; no saturation was to be heard on my side. The speaker boxes are not shaking or vibrating a lot, although I was expecting them to be a bit heavier. Be careful when positioning the speakers, as they are surface sensitive, though. On audiophile recordings, the D70x offer a nice soundstage and even a tiny bit of realism. Can you ask more of such a tiny pair?! One last thing, I hope the next update on these speakers will allow the consumer to know more about the audio specifications, the user manual does not say anything about the frequency response, for instance or the frequencies around which bass and treble controls are centred around or the levels of distortion, that's something to add, Majority Audio! Very nice construction overall, there is attention to detail everywhere, the sound is really nice and enjoyable, if you want to get your kicks, these ones should be on your desk or in your room!
