Bear Grylls Men's Mountain Jacket

I really wanted a lightweight but warm jacket. This was lightweight but wasn't very warm. It was 24 degrees when I went out in this and my arms were cold. It had a pocket on the sleeve, the usual two on the sides, and two on the insides. I love pockets! I bought a medium cause I figured with this being a guy's jacket it would be big enough. It fit fine except the chest, but I'm a busty female so larger women get a larger size. If it would've been warmer and not so tight in the chest, I would've kept it but I returned it. :(

Fits great. I'm 6'3 170# and the large is perfect. Completely waterproof and heavy duty without being too hot. Great for cooler weather as is and great for cold weather as an outer shell. Want a problem to fit a heavy fleece underneath. Wouldn't recommend for summertime in hot climates but that's not what I was looking for.

Bulky and stiff. Loud too when moving about.

this was the best jacket that i have ever owned. Being a military man ive worn a lot of different jackets. but this one kicked ass.. unfortunately my ex stole it. and i cant find this type anywhere.

It is a well built jacket. Size was perfect. It is a little bit of a lighter jacket then expected. But durable and they really put some extra options to keep you dry. Great fall coat or add a base layer and good for colder weather. I am always impressed with the cragshopper brand. Their pants are the best out there too for survival or back packing.

nice jacket, looks great. I'm 6'1 and 225 muscular build and usually wear an XL. Had to return for a XXL due to shoulder area being to tight. So it fits small in arms and shoulder but was good at waist.

I've worked dive boat for 3 years wearing it and continue to wear it two years after it to this day take it hiking and always carry it in the car by far one of the best jackets I've ever bought definitely worth the investment!

Tight on the shoulders, other than that great jacket.

Have been wearing the jacket out in the woods with my small kids so no advance events. I like the fabric that feels like it can take some rough challenges in the woods or just playing around with the kids. Also there is one more pocket inside the lining than the description say. That pocket is good place for your mobile phone. Actually it is to large so I have sewed a few stitches so that my phone doesn't "drown" in the pocket. The downside is that the jacket feels narrow in the shoulder parts and the first part of the arms. This makes that the jacket is not god for winter use since I cant wear thick shirts (like fleece or wool pullover) under the jacket. To be picky there could have been a button in the bottom of the jacket at the cover for the zipper.

I had to send it back to get one size bigger. However, I tried it out in the rain and 2.5 degrees temperature tonight and it seems nice and water tight. You will need to layer up for warmth though. Pleased with my purchase.A smart looking jacket. Zips seem efficient.

Impressed. I have worn this in the rain on my bike to work - bone dry when I got there. The "cap" effect in the hood is very handy when working and walking. Comfortable even when I have been very active. Would definitely recommend. Worth every penny.

Love this compared to the north face jackets similar to this but I'd 100% rather have this because of the aquadry technology and the material of this product I highly recommend spending money on this

Lovely jacket bought for a trip to the Yorkshire Dales. Does what it says on the tin and keeps the rain out but on a weekend in May where it was relatively warm I could feel the cool wind getting though on an evening walk though the Dales so don't think I'll be using it much in the Winter hence the 4 stars. Other than that its a great jacket.
