Great mouthguards!
I use this product to control my grinding teeth while I sleep. I have used them for several years. They are great!

Grinding
I grind through made for mouth guards in 2 days. The guards that aren't fitted make you bite to keep them in. Painfully useless. These last for a few months. Crazy true. I love them. Just follow the directions exactly for a perfect fit. Tata fellow grinders. Lol

Great for tooth grinders
My dentist reccommended a mouth guard for me grinding my teeth while asleep at night. The guards made specifically for this purpose can cost anywhere from 20-30 dollars. Obviously this is much cheaper and will last FOREVER!!!

It has been very helpful
I am 58 y.o. and in the last year have developed a muscle spasm in my jaw, always at night, that causes me to bite down. The effect being is I clamp down on my tongue causing lacerations, and deep cuts on my tongue. It had gotten to the point I thought about going to the Hospital because they could not heal. What could they do? So I thought I would try your mouth guard. At first it was uncomfortable, hard to breath, saliva running all over. So its been a week and a half. I have gotten used to it and my tongue is healing. The question now is am I going to have to use them from now on. Time will tell. Thank you, take care.
