It looks great installed but was challenging to install since it was slightly different than our previous door handle. Love it. It has smooth action and a heavy duty feel to it. Would recommend as long as you have tools and the capabilities to install it.

Fast shipping. It replaced my old door hardware and looks great. It fit perfectly. Took 10 minutes to install. I keyed the dead bolt lock to use my existing key, which is one of the reasons I purchased it. I can not imagine why someone would not purchase this door hardware. I do recommend it.

The kit is complete and allows for righthand & lefthand doors - even including a separate inner door lever to cover both cases. The finish is good. I had an installer do the work and he had no problems.

This handle was on the front door when we purchased the house. The mechanism failed, so I ordered a replacement so that it would fit in the existing paint outlines. The install is straight forward and it looks good. The smart re-key option is much nicer than replacing pins in a lock. I like the flap that keeps dust out of the key hole. The down side is that the latch is already starting to develop a little catch (which is how the previous one failed).

My previous door lockset from Baldwin was broken after normal wear and tear. I found this on Amazon which is the same model. The photo here is a lighter shade. I was a bit apprehensive about the color. Mine is slightly on the darker side. But when the lockset arrived, the color and texture were an exact match to my previous model. The installation was pretty smooth and quick and it works as expected.

I had to replace the broken handleset on my front door and this was perfect. It was easy to install and quite nice looking on my front door. Very pleased with this set!

Assembly instructions are very poor and don't include the necessary parts. We already had this door handle set so we completed the assembly using the old parts. If we weren't departing for the holidays we would have returned the set.- Instructions use letters (eg. A, B) for parts but the parts bags use numbers.- Instructions for the door handle trim incorrectly shows a circular connection on the inside when it really is a molded bronze rectangular connection.- Instructions incorrectly specifies machine bolts that are too large and actually need screws. Thankfully, we had our old screws.

I have this set up on all exterior doors in my home. It was on our rental vacation house and I loved it so much I ordered them while we were still on vacay !Heavy sturdy and solid.
