Easy to set up
The USB fiber optic extender is good quality with all the components having metal cases. The jacks all connected securely to the cables. Being plug and play the unit is easy to set up. It is convenient to use having power needed at the hub receiver or device end. The computer or source end is powered through the USB cable resulting in less wires and plugs to deal with. The power supply at the device end is large providing plenty of power for the USB hub built into the unit. It will supply full power to multiple devices at the same time. The provided fiber optic cable receivers function well making an instant connection between the devices. It works with either single or dual fiber optic cables having both adapters. The USB speeds were very fast without any data loss. It was compatible with everything I connected to it. I can recommend this product.
